Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Antonio

One of my worst pizza experiences ever! I received an incorrect item so I called the store and asked for a manager. Waited ion hold for 10 minutes then was hung up on. I called back and asked again stating I had just been hung up on after the 10 min. wait. They set the phone on the counter and I could here them just pick up the next line. I waited another 10 min. and finally got a manger. At this point my other food is completely cold. My family is upset they are waiting for me to continue to watch the movie. The Manager gets on the phone and doesn't care that I've been waiting 20+ min. for him and offers to remove the charge for the single item or I can wait another 45 min. for a remake. He then puts me on hold and a couple min. later I'm hung up on again! I was livid at this point and took a moment to chill out. About half an hour later my phone rang. It was Pizza Hut but at this point I couldn't bring myself to deal with it anymore. SAVE YOURSELF FROM MISERY AND DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! Try Papa John's or Domino's or anywhere but this store. I pre-ordered delivery for it to be delivered at 630 didn't get here until 655. I had noticed that I didn't place my one topping for my pizza so called at 445 to add the pepperoni first i waited in hold for 8mins. Hung up then called back. The girl who answered, started staying that there was no order for me, was i sure it was the correct one. Said yes I'm looking at the order confirmation, told her I have the order# if needed, she stated no we only have by name , then she states let me try your number. Oh ok then she finds it and says oh it's because it's for later I can't do anything, I told her I just need to add the pepperoni before it is made and delivered, then she proceeds to say can you do it online, I said no...it tells me that u have to call the location directly, then after oh I dint know, umm get me get my boss. Oh wait I got it I added pepperoni. Then of course I get the pizza late.. with no pepperoni. I should not have ordered at this pizza hut! Terrible...

This location and its employees give Pizza Hut a bad reputation! Who ever did the hiring and this place really is the root of the problem. There is a Hefty woman worker with multi colored hair that can't stop chewing whatever she is eating while on the job. On several occasions I have witnessed her driving her KIA erratically through the parking lot and shouting cuss words with what seems to be a fellow worker that drives a Black Hummer. Then I witnessed the person in the black hummer try to start a fight with someone in the parking lot . These two women act like children and need to grow up!!! I'm a customer of one of the businesses in this shopping complex, and the situation has become so bad I felt it necessary to write this review and contact upper management. These grown women need to get there act together and stop acting like 15 yr...
