My family and I used to eat there at least 3 times per month but we stopped going because the most important factor to me is Customer Service. I had some to-go orders that were incorrect. If they were smart they would 'comp' the customer at least a drink for having to drive all the way back. But, ok, I let that slide because the food is good. But then I noticed this happening. I would ask the Servers what the "Special" was and HOW MUCH did it cost. They would quote me one price then charge me another at the register. When I would point out that I was told the wrong amount, they would just shrug and say the Server made a mistake and STILL charge me the higher price. So I just stopped going there. For like 2 years until today. I thought I'd give them another chance. I ordered the lunch special. Asked the price for the exact item I told her I was ordering on the phone. She said $7.49 but when I arrived she charged me $8.65 to which I replied that was too much. She said 'taxes'. I said 8.25%, right? She said it's $7.99. Read moreThe most horrible service we’ve ever received anywhere. The first time I went there love the service the Carne guisada. It was great that was about a month ago. We just came from there we ordered simple one Carbe guisada 2 Barbacoa coffee and apple juice. Simple. it wasn’t packed they had one big table and the others were couples or a a table of four. Two waitresses two different times came up to ask abt our order. We have been waiting probably a little over 30 minutes maybe. Then we finally got our tacos no apologies from nobody. We ate and when we went to pay the lady behind the cars register says everything fine and we told her no we explained and she try to brush it off like we’re short staffed. Telling us that they’re busy. They took our order wrote it down. But there was no apology only excuses. However, I must mention that the checkout service has been consistently infuriating. Despite the excellent food, the frustrating checkout experience can detract from the overall dining experience. It is disappointing when the process of paying for my meal becomes a source of frustration. When splitting a check, adding to go tacos or extra drinks at the end.
While I understand that busy establishments can sometimes struggle with providing efficient service, it is essential for the management to address this issue. Improving the checkout process would greatly enhance the overall dining experience and leave customers feeling satisfied from start to finish.
