Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Domino's Pizza is by far my all time favorite chain pizza BUT the manager on duty today 11/06/2023 had no business as the manager. I had a credit issued because my pizza was made incorrectly, when I called to inform them the manager on that day was professional and took my name and number and told me to call them when I was ready for my pizza. I called today and was informed that I needed to go pickup the pizza because credits are pickup ONLY because if Domino's sends a driver out and we are still unhappy with the pizza it is putting the driver at risk. At risk of what?? I ordered contactless delivery. She made it sound as though she was doing me a favor by honoring the credit that I had due to their mess up. She would not give me her name and kept speaking over me and although I repeatedly asked for her name she kept getting louder and louder. She decided to tell me that "by law" she does not have to give me her name and continued to tell me what a Blessing it was that the driver was going to deliver the pizza. I got irritated and told her just to "deliver my damn pizza" she said I was cussing and I would not get my pizza delivered and hung up on me. I do not know her name but she does NOT have any business as manager. She could not even manage to keep her composure much less manage a business where good people...

Online coupon for free pizza, must be delivery. Requirements are subject to delivery requirements of the store purchasing from.

Proceeding to checkout, i was required to order more than 18$ to have my pizza delivered.

The intention of redeeming the coupon was to avoid making a large purchase.

Speaking with the manager was polite, but insisted continuously that i was incorrect on the information i provided her.

I was seeking information and clarification on why i was unable to redeem a single free pizza.

This issue leads me to believe that no small order may be made, wether just breadsticks, or one single pizza, as was my case.

The manager was firm on understanding what her store order requirement was, even though i read word for word to her that it was “subject to local store delivery requirements”

The manager then claimed to be unable to access any information regarding store requirements.

You cannot claim to know, then claim youre unable to view anything on the subject.

Learn your store, learn your policies. I will not be ordering anymore, if im required to make large purchases to have something delivered.

UPDATE: Domino's replied to my review and provided an email address for me to contact them. I have emailed them 2 times and both times, my emails have went unanswered. I'm guessing that they only replied to give the appearance, that they are concerned and trying to address the issue. I will contact corporate and report this.

Let me start off by saying that Domino's is my favorite when it comes to chain store pizza. I haven't ordered in quite a while from Domino's so I decided one evening to order. I ordered the special 5 topping large pizza. I ordered Double Beef, Mushrooms and Onions on a hand tossed crust. I picked up the pizza and took it home. I was shocked when I opened the box. There was barely any toppings on my pizza. It was the most horrible looking pizza I have ever seen. In fact, the cheese was fairly sparse and you could see mostly red sauce. I doubt there was more than 12 to 14 chunks of beef on this pizza and barely any mushrok.s or onions.
