I like this place. I met with others and they were very accommodating for our party of about 10-15 people without a reservation. When I went in I didn't know what to expect because all bowling alleys have this certain aroma, however, this one did not! Nor did it smell like cigarettes! It was pretty clean in my opinion! Almost all the lights are red and the furniture matches the red/the color scheme of it all. There is a full service bar in the middle of the bowling alley along with a menu that has an array of options. All we had was the pizza and the nachos. The pizza was just okay. But the nachos..... Omgosh! Top notch! At the bar they have drink specials at different times. For example, well drinks were $2 when we got there till 8pm and the pizza slices we're $2 each after 9pm. Womens bathroom was straight, I heard the men's smelled like a straight up bathroom... Cool place none the less. Oh and the music was rocking! Something for everyone!

This is the second time this year (third overall) that we've booked a birthday party at Bowlero for one of our kids, and the experience has never been disappointing - event took place on 10/19/24. Customer service is fantastic - we had two individuals consistently looking out for our needs (props to Kaylee and Karina!). Food is fresh, tasty and replenished as needed. They do everything on your timeline, and they remind you of the time left in your reservation without being pushy. It can be pricey, but compared with similar places, I love the variety you get in food options AND that fact that they'll bring out more, hot and fresh - that alone, to me, is worth the price. Booking a reservation online is easy - be prepared to pay the entire cost of the reservation when you book (gratuity not included - I paid this at the end of the event which I was happy to do at 20% of the cost of the reservation).

Visit Bowlero for a VERY FUN bowling experience!! For a cold night when you and the family/friends are looking for something to do or just when you get the bowling itch, pick Bowlero. I do like a few other bowling alleys in SA, and honestly there wasn't any special price or deal for Bowlero compared to the others really (this was a Saturday night so they do have deals on other days), but this place was truly impressive. They make it easy for everyone in the group to bowl and the open-plan alley offers good music, atmospheric lighting, and TVs everywhere. We didn't have any food, but I'm sure they have great options because the whole place seems clean and well run (like a smaller Main Event). When we go again I'll add some photos of the grub and menu...or y'all go check it out for yourselves and make some good memories at the same time 🎳

My husband and I brought our friend here on 09-01-2024, what a huge mistake! Bowling was a bit expensive, but that wasn't the problem. Let's talk about our experience. We asked how we order, as we were told our server was Corrine or Corrina, something like that. We were told we have to scan the menu QR code to order - fine, no biggie. We ordered some soft drinks and some food. After 30 minutes, our friend went to go order a drink directly from the bar, as we still never received our drinks. I went up to the bar to inquire about the delay. Nevermind the fact that the two staff behind the bar would never attempt to acknowledge me. I kept running back and forth to try and get their attention. Finally, I spoke with one of the females and addressed the fact we haven't received our drinks. She proceeded to tell me," We don't have root beer or sweet tea." My concern is then, why is it offered on the menu, and why didn't anyone come to let us know? So, I asked for a water and a Starry. I then addressed this issue with a manager. She came back with a rootbeer and stated she didn't know why they told me they don't have rootbeer. The food cost a ridiculous amount of money for the crappiest quality of food and portions ever. $17 for a small pizza?! I get better quality from a Totino's box pizza from Walmart! I forget how much my husband's shrimp tacos were, but they were horrible and had no flavor. Also, make sure you pay attention when you are paying through the system, as they have it automatically set to charge you a 20% gratuity, but you have to change it yourself. Gratuity for what?! No one comes to give you any service whatsoever! Like I said before, I had to go inquire about our drinks, and I had to use a QR code to order our food. So, we paid a $10 gratuity for no service and substandard food? Also, the Starry that our friend received in place of his rootbeer tasted like nothing but seltzer! We asked for a manager again, and voiced our concerns yet again. She stated that she refunded our entire ticket. We gave it until 09-07-24, and still have not been refunded. We called and spoke to a manager. She stated we should have received the refund by now. Well, we haven't. She stated she would look into it and make mention of it to the manager, Margo, whom we dealt with on that night. We're still waiting. Let me also mention, it is a nightmare to get a hold of anyone by phone. You are lucky if anyone ever picks the dang phone up! Get your crap together Bowlero! From now on, we will just stick with going to EVO. At EVO we get great service and the food is soooo good and you get what you pay for. So fresh, delicious, good portions, and full of flavor at EVO. Don't waste your time or...

Every time I come here, my experience gets worst. I’ve been here a number of times and it’s completely polar if you’ll have a good time.

There is always technical issues, from the screens freezing or the pins not resetting. It’s like they’re running their software off an iPhone from 2010. Update your system already!

My most recent experience was on a Saturday at 2pm. Our lane was occupied by several people from the adjacent kids birthday party. We went back to the front desk to ask for a different lane because we’re 4 adults smushed between kid birthday parties on both sides. The front desk associate replied, “that’s the only one, everything else is reserved or broken.” (Disheartened to know all those empty lanes might have been broken). He also looked like he totally hated his job, can’t blame him if people are complaining about broken stuff all the time.

We said it’s not a problem, and went back to our lane. Party that was sitting on our lane began acting like WE were taking over their space. I ended up having to comprise with the father that his family can sit at the high top chairs behind us, and we’d just like the table for our drinks. I did not expect to be negotiating the lane we were paying for..

We opened a tab at the bar because there was no waiter service. My friend goes to grab a drink on my tab and the bartender said they can’t find my name. My friend just ended up purchasing his own drink, while we’re all waiting at the lane for him to take his turn. Later, I go to order another drink, and my tab is open. Not sure what the issue was, nonetheless, that was frustrating to know.

We’re all getting very annoyed at this point, since there is a chaos of kids surrounding us on all sides. The kids are continuously crossing into our lanes while we are trying to bowl. We are being all becoming afraid to swing when it’s our turn. Sure enough, I nearly collide the bowling ball with a 3 year old girl who ran I front of me while I was bowling.

We wrapped our game and decided to play pool instead. This was so unfortunate, because I invited 3 friends for their first times. They have no interest in going back because of the experience.

I really hope this management team can fix...

Definitely NOT an enjoyable visit all around. Even though they were not busy when we arrived, our group of 4 was placed right next to a couple in far corner, and then a larger (and very loud/visibly already drunk) group was placed right next to us just 10 minutes later. So we were sandwiched in between 2 groups who were definitely over-served. Neither group made any attempts at general bowling etiquette, stealing positions and balls left and right (literally), and the drunk group only got louder and louder, effectively sucking the enjoyment out of our experience. To be fair, their behavior wasn't the bowling alley's fault, but they sure didn't make up for it with their own inadequacies. Our first food order (a shareable appetizer) took 30+ minutes to arrive, and only after inquiring about it. One of our drinks (just a Red Bull) took nearly 20! The appetizer was decent, but it'd better be for the cost of $37! We mistakenly ordered a second food item (street tacos) at the start of our second game, but it never came. At the end of our game, they came with the bill to be paid, but we still had no tacos. My husband paid because the waitress said she would check on it (again). After another 10 minutes of waiting, we were then told the order was not actually put into the kitchen, and given the excuse that they were backed up and behind/short-staffed. That was the excuse when our first order was taking too long, so perhaps we should have known better than to order more food! If it weren't for the fact that I got a Groupon and a great deal for 2 hours of bowling for 4 people, this would have been a humongous waste of money. The experience was definitely not the best, and some of that could have been avoided. If the staff had paid any attention to how they seated people in the lanes, or even bother to check in when food orders were taking too long, I could at least say they made an effort. On the positive side, we arrived with nobody in line at about 6:00 p.m., checked in right away, with a friendly face. At least that was nice. Just wish it didn't all go...
