This location has had issues for yeeeears with quality and customer service. I actually stopped ordering from this locations because our order was either always wrong, missing items, or just late. After two years of not ordering from this location, I finally gave it a try about a year ago and it seemed like everything had turned around. I had only had minimal issues since then but way different than prior experiences. Of course, my review today is a different story. I ordered at 844pm, never heard anything after that. No update on the tracker - nothing. 959pm I call the store - they could be busy. I get a person on the phone, he starts to read my phone number back to me, pauses and says, "30 mins. We'll have it to you in 30." I repeated it back to him and he said yes. That was 1hr 5mins ago now at this point. Tried calling the store back and couldnt get through and I dont even want the order now and cant even cancel. Pretty crazy situation really. Yall can keep the money and I hope the food doesnt show up at this point because we will be using another Dominos from here on out as this location either has incompetent employees or poor management (again) although, I feel like this is an employee level issue. As I type this, my order is NOW otw...so the automated system says. Still.... doesnt change the fact that other members of our household are now in bed asleep having not had what they had expected for dinner....my 5yr old included.
Order finally showed up at 1110... I asked the driver if they forgot about me and his reply "we're behind about 60 orders and it's a disaster. You're not the only one complaining." I told him to have a good night and hope it gets better. Pizza showed up partly upside down, about room temperature, and I'm not really sure what happened to the chicken but... ok I guess.

My only problem is Josh whom I assume has a key position there (because everyone needed his override) was not much of a leader. What I counted to be 7 men and one young girl to be there, was an environment of sexual harassment for the young lady trying to do work. I’m writing this as a father myself of 4 young girls. Josh and the other young boy continuously kept brushing against the girl and whispering at while she’s trying to work in the back corner preparing pizzas. It was sad to see. She may have welcomed it or not but I could tell she was new. What made matters worse is there was only one guy boxing pizzas and managing the counter for about 20 minutes. Then Josh had the audacity to ask the young man why people are waiting for order. The guy tried explaining and then Josh says “don’t lie bro” when the fact is if he and the other guy weren’t caught up in the only female present and the rest of the guys weren’t standing off to the side, people wouldn’t have been waiting and Josh would’ve known what was happening in his store. It’s sad what young girls will put up with to keep a job or because she believes these young jerks are truly for her when they aren’t.
