We've been coming here for yrs, Found out they changed owners and boy, could we tell. The previous owners were very nice to us. But anyway, so we came in last night and ordered Pho, and everyone who orders Pho knows you get noodles that are long. We got noodles that were literally 2 inchs. We told a gentleman, (which we thought was a waiter) that the noodles were small. He didn't say anything, walked a way with an attitude, so we told another waiter about our noodles and she proceeds to tell us they cut the noodles so you don't get extra long noodles. Ok great, we thought to ourselves, but 2 inch noodles? Come to find out by a female waiter, the gentlemen we first told about our noodles was actually the owner.(We were shocked) For being an owner, he sure did have a stank attitude. Didn't apologize, didn't say "oh I'm sorry, let me fix this for you", this dude said nothing to us the whole time, which we thought was really odd. Brought out new noodles and asked us if 'WE', 'WE', wanted to put the noodles into the old bowl, we said "NO, can you please make us a new bowl", like seriously.. So he gave us a new bowl, we thanked him and he still said nothing to us, not a "my apologies", "hope this is better, anything else I can do for you guys?"... Nothing. Being a owner of a restaurant, you'd think he'd have a better demeanor. In the end, we were customers who went there for years, now we will...

I am a fatty and a foodie, a “fatoodie” as I call it. What can I say? Nevertheless, I am a picky one at that, especially when it comes to Asian food since I have a taste for authenticity. Without a doubt, the food at Pho Ba 9 is super authentic, otherwise I couldn’t eat it. The food was not super greasy like a lot of other restaurants that cannot compare. Oh my goodness! How I cannot get over this catfish and vegetable soup I had. The fish was not fishy at all and it was super fresh. The portion was huge! Not what I expected at all. I’ve ordered it 3 times in a week because it is just that good! Their lobster is fresh and they even have live lobster to cook for you. The sauce is on point for that lobster. I don’t even know what we ordered but it was well worth it! We had some pork ribs that make you want to lick your fingers after you finish with the meat and the bones. Their garlic vegetables were so delectable. They have a huge variety of foods that all sound so delicious I have a hard time picking. Their spring rolls were nicely packed and rolled and delicious also. My friends had their vermicelli noodles and they loved it as well! The service here is great and it’s very family friendly. The prices are definitely fair and worth it for the quality. I would recommend having a party here if people like good Asian food. I am definitely going back. Thanks for the recommendation from my...

This place is great. No complaints at all for the food but could use work on wait staff. The food is fresh, quick, not expensive and great quantity. We ordered pho with beef wagyu and chicken with lemon grass, scallions and hot oil. Both were delicious! The pho was nice and hot and the side veggies were fresh. The lemon grass chicken was perfectly seasoned with the perfect amount of spice. It's also mixed with jalapeños which is a plus. Only complaint was staff... They seemed distracted and did not come by once to check on the table. One guy approached the table and ask what what we wanted. He then began to look around and began talking to other tables. We had to get his attention 3 times before ordering. We then had to call someone over because no one ever came by to check on us. We waited 15 minutes after we were done eating before calling someone over. We finally got our check and to go container. Overall the food is amazing and based off the staff they have to be new. I think with time they will grow into a...

As a Vietnamese, this place is kind of okay to me in terms of food. It offers a wide variety of dishes, which will be good for large group. However, they have serious customer service problems. Half of them are very nice, a middle aged man who I think is the owner and a young man. The other half are pretty undertrained to do the job. They’re rude and lazy. Don’t care about customers at all although I can speak the language and understand them. They have 5% military discount. But whenever I ask about that, these ladies are like “It’s only 5%”. Yes it’s only 5% so what? I always give generous tip for Vietnamese restaurants to support my people. But whenever I’m at this place, I feel disrespectful as hell. They treated me like that 3 times and I never came back again. Train your employees properly or take off that military discount if you have no respect for military at all. I don’t know is it because I’m Vietnamese that they think they can treat me like that. But you won’t have my business again ever.
