Food at this place is mediocre .. I am trying hard not to discourage anyone from being thier own critic .. I wanna be able to explain my particular situation, Upon arrival I was greeted by staff very cheerful.. so I thought to myself "This place is going to be great" .. the waitress very friendly and jolly took our order .. the service was very disappointing.. it took us about 45 minutes to receive our food .. Mind you the place was not very busy .. only 2 tables with people.. our plates were not hot at all .. warm temperatures at most .. the abundance of cheese on our plates was also excessive.. it looked like a big bulge of cheese that was not even melted the whole way .. I had ordered a basic cheese enchilada plate with beans and rice .. tortillas were hard to fold with Luke warm cheese inside of them .. my kid's bean n cheese tacos were also very disappointing with a big blob of cold beans and semi-warm melted cheese .. my wife's gordita plate was also not that appetizing as well .. with a warm shell and cold chicken inside .. we tried to eat as much as we could from the plates but after a few bites we just couldn't any more .. on top of the disappointing food plates our waitress never once came back to our table to check up on us .. Not even to ask if we needed any refills or condiments (salsa) .. so I just got up from our table and walked over to the cashier and asked for our check .. the cashier asked how our food and service was .. ? I let her know everything so she politely asked if we can wait for the manager and relay the message .. I agreed to talk with manager thinking they were going to fix or make the issue better .. ? To my disappointment he just replied that they were busy .. not even offered to give a discount or anything else .. so I just left it at that and told them so sad that they treated their customers this way and I also told them that I will be leaving a...

Very bad service my mom and I have been going here for years, she went today in the morning like every Friday and told the drive thru lady that the potatoe and chorizo and the chorizo was raw and had like 5 pieces of potato my mom asked for the tacos to be switched and they rudely closed the window and my mom asked her why she was acting this way and her response was that she was an annoying customer who always wanted her order a certain way, mind you my mom always asked for the tacos to be separate in three bags because they are for my 3 siblings which she is taking to school and finds it easier letting them before hand that she will do that and she has always done that. Now I don’t know why the drive thru lady is complaining about having to separate the tacos every time my mom goes since that’s her job! I have worked in this industry and what ever the customer asks for they get no questions asked and if they asked for it every time they go then it shouldn’t be a problem! Also I called 5 min ago asked to speak to the manager and a lady answered the phone in Spanish just said hello and hang up once I asked for the manager, I called a second time this time a person who spoke broken English answered and again I asked for the manager this time she told me wait a moment I waited…. And she asked why I needed the manager I explained it was for something that had just happened in the drive thru she said “ ohh no the manager is not here “ so I proceeded to asked her then when is the owner or the manager getting there she said “idk “ I then asked if she could give me the lady’s name in the drive thru she said “ oh no I can’t do that “ then hang up. I came to this place cause a friend recommended it ( BUT) I've gone 3 times and each time was a complete disappointment. The first time I came I just ordered a torta and so did my husband.We both felt sick afterwards.I was like ugh maybe it was just a bad day. A week later we decided to go again and try one of their daily specials. They look very good and for $8.99 and it includes a tea. I was like shit that's a steal. You can't beat that so we both got the asada burrito special with rice and beans and again the food has a horrible after taste. My tummy was hurting but I tried to pay it no mind as for my husband that night he was throwing up all night bad. He kept saying it was the food. Today 2 weeks later we went AGAIN!!! " Me just trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt" I donate at Octapharma , so this place is just across the street. I leave the plasma center really hungry. So again like I said, I told my husband let's try it one more time. He wasn't really thrilled to go but to please me , we went. This time I got the asada quesadilla plate special and he got the beef fajita plate special. Let me tell you as hungry as I was I couldn't finish my food. It just has the worst after taste. My husband ate half his food and was done. We got the bill paid our waitress and gave the her a tip. She was a really sweet lady ( BUT) ....... AGAIN as soon as we walked out the door.
