I called this location to place an order since their website was not allowing me to submit. When someone finally picked up the phone the man asked how he could help me, I mentioned to him I was trying to place an order online but can't submit & would like to place an order over the phone. He was very frustrated and stated he was the only employee there and that he had to make the pizza's, assist customers there, answer phones, charge people so he wouldn't be able to get order out for about 1-1 1/2 hours. He placed me on hold for about 9 minutes and said, "if you still want the pizza's your going to have to wait a little longer because I just finished helping two other customers and their orders are in before yours." At that point I said forget it, ended up placing order through Huebner location and was more than satisfied with prompt service I received. A couple of days passed and I decided to give this location another try, their website still not allowing me to submit order for delivery so I called the location. This time a lady answered right away, I mentioned the order would be for delivery and she said ok and took my whole order. She asked me to hold and in the back ground I heard a mans voice talking to her. She got back on the phone and said sorry, we don't deliver past 9pm for security purposes, mind you this was at 9:30pm. I was so furious at this point, I have never heard of Dominoes putting time restrictions on deliveries. I wasted my time yet again with this location. Never ordering from here again! Don't waste your time either! This place doesn't even deserve the one star I HAD to select in oder to post...
Read moreI didn’t feel like cooking and remembered I had a free pizza coupon from Dominoes, so I decided to go for the "two topping pizza" because, let's be honest, who needs more than two toppings when you're basically just trying to eat a fancy flatbread? I chose ham and mushroom, because I like my pizza to remind me of a small garden that I’m not allergic to.
Now, let’s talk about the crust. I ordered the thin crust, or as I like to call it: the "pizza chip." Seriously, this crust was so thin, it reminds me of a pizza chip. It's crunchy, crispy, and perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The service was good and they brought the pizza out as soon as I notified Dominos that I was in front of the store.
Ordering through the app was as easy as picking toppings, and the best part? The pizza was delivered right to my car. No awkward small talk, just a swift transaction where I handed over my money and received my glorious pizza chip in return. If you're looking for a quick, low-carb (in theory) snack that feels like a fancy meal, this is your go-to. Highly recommend.
A solid 5/5 if you’re into pizza chips and never having to...
Read moreOn 10:11pm 9/16/20, I called in an order, for Pasta Alfredo & Philly Cheese sandwich. Well, the Pasta Alfredo with extra onions, was good, BUT, the Philly Cheese Sandwich, was reduced from the ad you see to nothing but Bread, and maybe a tablespoon of steak, hardly any cheese or anything else. When I placed the order, it was taken by Demetri, he was very good & courteous, took the order very professionally, even the delivery driver was the same, very courteous in touch etc, concerning Covid-19. So I called asked for Supervisor Mrs.Shruti, who I did request to come to the phone, and lucky for me Demetri answered the 2nd call. Well, this Manger could not come to the phone at all. Demetri, offered to refund or exchange the sandwich. I asked where MGR was, not able to confirm the bad service she gave and whomever made the sandwich with unprofessional skills. My Philly Cheese Sandwich did NOT look at all like the advertisement for the sandwich. Being a retired Manager in engineering for Telecommunications, I would have been a better manager to keep sales up on the location on Fredericksburg...
