I went today to buy breakfast for my son and my family because I saw promotion on my tv about the 5 dollar meal , my hubby always gets food from there and talks how good the food is there !!! So I was like why not give it a try by myself since he was at work . I get there and the guy that took my order was very rude and told me and my sister what we wanted and told us to look at screen . Mind you this is my first time here so I was asking him what kind of coffee they had and he just told in a rude way to look at the menu and screen . Also I was also looking around the menu and I was ordering a couple more things and he seemed to be in a rush he kept telling me what else . My sister started ordering after the first order and also was rude towards her and telling her I can’t hear you but we were literally next to the screen and speaker . At this point I’m this close on driving off and going somwhere else . I felt like I was treated very poorly and that kind of got me upset I never been treated this way I was on the merge of crying because of how it made me and my son feel . I choose not to drive off because I knew how happy my son was when he saw the menu he instantly wanted bacon and made him happy . So we drive to the second window and the guy opens the window very hard and looks at us and tell me how much our first order comes out to . he’s like it’s 9 something then I ask him if he takes a 50 and he doesn’t even check and tells me if I have something smaller or card and I’m like okay let me get my card . I open my wallet and I hear him make a rude comment under his breath and says “oh my god “ and rolled his eyes very rudely , short tempered he seemed to be in a rush so I was patient and just left alone because maybe he wasn’t having the best day but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt . Proceeded to get my card and then gives back to me and tells me here ya go . Then my sister pays and also decides to ask me if it’s my first time and I respond yess in a nice way and he proceeded to say “ that’s why and closes the window . At this point I drove off to the next window and I’m just trying to get my food . I decide to speak to the lady in the next window politely and ask her if she knows the manager or someone I could speak to regarding to this incident that happened and turns out that he is the manager and she apologizes to me for his poor behavior and that he’s like on the daily with them and they’re used to his poor behavior that sometimes they try to calm him down . I told her that his behavior can really affect other people and business that they get . She apologized and was really nice and gives me my food and I noticed my food was already cold I open my bag and my sons tortilla tacos were very hard and the star donut I got him was smushed in the bag . Read moreI was waiting very patiently, I tried, I was going to give you guys a chance to redeem yourselves. I mean I have literally been to this location each day, but the service is very hit or miss, in fact mostly miss more often than hit. I am very disappointed with Dunkin’ Donuts, this location is getting pretty bad. I have called customer service, reached them online and no response back ever. So I will have to see what other means I can use to reach you Dunkin’. I didn’t want to leave such a horrible review, but you left me no choice. I usually order the same thing daily, which is coffee—hot or iced, but when it comes to making a specialty drink such as a macchiato, I am shocked that you guys literally thought I would not tell the difference between an iced coffee with lots of cream and an actual iced espresso drink with creamer. I ordered a hot latte several times and out of those, a couple of times they just gave me a hot coffee with foam.. wow. The location was empty at 1 am, not a soul in sight, no customers, no one, seemingly nothing going on inside, and the lady looks at me in awe as if she wasn’t expecting anyone. I tell her I’m just picking up a mobile order made through the app made a few minutes ago, and she looks in surprise like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about... I tell her I’m just picking up the muffin—warmed with butter on the side, and a hot tea with lemon in it and honey on the side.... She responds affirmatively, like ah ok. Brings me the muffin—not warmed, no butter in sight within the bag. The tea—no lemon, not even honey inside or on the side. I have attempted to pay with my app, only to be told several times that it wasn’t working, so I had to pay cash or debit, and then to discover that in fact the money was taken out my account within the Dunkin app after it was scanned multiple times and I still payed in cash or debit. Dunkin is stealing money now too. One of the employees there also told me “you can just pay using cash or debit and I’ll scan your app and you’ll still get your DD perks points”.... NOPE not true. I never once got my points and I must’ve done this a couple of times until I realized what was really going on. I really don’t imagine your job is so difficult dude. I mean come on. All you have to do is what I politely and kindly asked for and just add the money I am giving you to my Dunkin app funds then scan the app so I can get my points, but no he resorted to lying to me. I can tell what training these employees are receiving from their management if any. Done. I can’t spend another dollar on Dunkin and I highly advise and recommend you don’t either. Please do yourself a favor and don’t bother stopping by this establishment. Get your fix at any other coffee and donut shop except this Dunkin Donuts, because lately they just have not disappointed in...
Read moreI went to this place at 10:13 p.m last night. As I get off the vehicle so that I can pull the door to go inside with my kids. I see the workers there and it is a guy and a lady. They see me but they do not make any type of acknowledgment. The guy goes to the back with a tray and the girl hides behind the counter. The app says that the restaurant is open 24 hours since the door had the hours of operation I just assumed that there was a miscommunication. As I'm going to get in my vehicle another vehicle comes in and the two gentlemen try to open the door and then I tell them the restaurant is closed. One of the gentlemen's tells me I'm here for doordash. It's not until the gentleman shows the workers the app on his phone. Well it was because he was there to pick up an order so that meant that it was still open. Although I physically make eye contact with the guy and the girl and they did not communicate anything to me, they just stared at me.So I went through the drive-thru and I ordered three hot chocolates and then I order donuts. The person the drive-thru tells me we don't have any donuts we don't have anything. I was like you don't have anything as far as what she says we don't have much of anything we don't have any type of donuts and then I asked her what do you have. She proceeds to tell me that she does not have anything. I cancel my order and I go past the drive-thru window. I go through the drive-thru window so that I can speak with someone physically and I tell her that would be nice to know that y'all don't have any donuts by informing the customer at the drive thru like a sign. I asked her when are y'all going to have more donuts and then she replies we're waiting for the baker to make the donuts,I say okay how long would that take? Her: I don't know how long it takes? Me: ok well how long does it usually take? Her: I don't know and then I proceeded to ask her what is your manager's name and then she says I don't know. So this dunkin' donuts location does not know anything I would recommend that if you're wanting to get a fresh coffee or a drink or a meal or a pastry I would advise you to NOT stop here.
