Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

Very disappointed. Was my first time to go here and I was really looking forward to it. I had been waiting for months for it to be built/open, but sadly it was not a good experience. One, the double lanes with FOUR menu stands offer no speaker to order, so you literally have to wait forever. Two, the Four menus did not show ALL the different options, only the holiday ones, so as it being my first time I had no idea what to order. [again there are FOUR menus in the drive thru lanes, but none of them show all items] They told me I could have a paper menu from inside- which doesnt that defeat the purpose of the menus outside AND its not very green.... Three, I am not sure why ppl are being hired to stand outside and take orders, especially if its not busy at all. There was also a guy sitting at the drive thru window not doing anything, because I had already paid with the drive thru lane lady, so he just stood there doodling on the window table [not sure what the point of him is or why ppl would be paid to do that in general lol] And lastly, I pulled over to take a drink and the cup was filled so high that top of the lid/hole came pouring out everywhere inside my car when I just put it up to my mouth. All over my seats & legs. Not only was it hot it was a sticky mess. [**To rate just the drink by itself- overall I think the taste of my drink was very artificial tasting. I could tell they just use the sugary syrups. There was nothing special or unique about it]. I always am trying new coffee spots, because I ACTUALLY DO want to support coffee shops other than Starbucks, but this type of experience will not bring me back to Dutch Bros...

Came to this location bc it’s closer than My usual. The drink looked wrong when handed to Me so I asked “does this have milk in it?” I ordered black cold brew. The girl who made the drink turns to say “Yes!” So I send it back saying “I didn’t ask for milk in it, could you remake it please.” The girl at the window takes My drink, turns around and says something to the girl who made it, then she turns BACK around to Me at the window, hands Me THE SAME DRINK and says to Me “she didn’t put milk in it she heard the question wrong” I was so dumbfounded-the girl told Me she put milk in it are they just gaslighting Me?! So I had to insist they remake My coffee. They shut the window on Me and when the girl comes back with a “new” drink that still doesn’t look like just a black cold brew, as she hands it to Me she says “I hope your in a better mood next time have a better day” WHAT?! So we’re blaming customers bc we didn’t listen to the order?? So now I refuse to go to this location for fear of seeing either of those 2 girls again. The whole interaction was so unnecessary, idk who the manager is at this location but they are not training well. They are not friendly at this location one time I went and some guy at the window said “Hi! How’s your day?!” And I just smiled so he stood there and repeated himself and didn’t take My money until I verbally responded back. Don’t go to...
