Subway is great but ever the services in this location is terrible. My boyfriend and I can to eat at this location on 1/20/2017 @ 9:00pm. A girl name Sam was the only worker there that day. She was rude and keep rolling her eyes at us. Then , When we were eating she when to the back and started to slam items. After a couple of minutes she came to the front to swipe but she was playing loud music and slamming chairs. In one occasion hitting the back of mind. She didn’t even apologize. Not to mention it wasn’t eve 9:30 and they close at 10. The she started to look at us non stop. We got mad and left as soon as we stand up she followed us to the front and slam the gate to close and it was only 9:39. I wish we could give them zero stars. Read moreRead moreI work nearby (like 2 mins from this Subway) and am a regular user of the Subway app, so I decided to order a “Footlong #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch” online, using a 40% discount. When I picked it up and sat down to eat, I noticed there was barely any chicken on the sandwich. I immediately took pictures and waited to speak with the manager. When I politely explained and even rearranged the sandwich to show the lack of chicken, she raised her voice and claimed they scoop chicken twice and that it might be “hidden.” I pointed out clearly that I only saw about half a scoop. Her solution? Either buy a brand-new sandwich at full price or pay for two extra scoops. Why should I have to pay more when the original order wasn’t made correctly? Obviously, I’m aware that advertisement photos don’t always match reality, but I still expect an honest and fair serving of what I ordered. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable customer service and a disappointing experience. The guy working the weekday shift needs an attitude check. While processing my payment the system was lagging and saying declined. My bank app showed the payment went through (3 times actually whenever we tried) and I even called my bank and they also said it went through. He refused to give me my sandwich because "the system says you didn't pay." Didn't show any desire to help me troubleshoot and moved along to the next customer. After wasting 20 minutes of my lunch break, a kind woman paid for my sandwich (which was probably paid for twice to Subway). It's a sandwich...not an iPhone or Xbox.
