I've been a customer with this bank for a just a couple of years now. I can't say enough good things about this banks and all the locations I've ever visited. I was leary for a very long time about using them having only ever used the big well-known banks. But I could not be happier with his bank.
The employees always offer spot on amazing 5 star customer service. This includes any customer support when having to call from your phone or from a bank location. They are always willing to look at and quickly resolve any issues I've had with my account. They've always gone above and beyond to resolve issues, even when it's flat out my fault. There simply aren't enough good things I can say about Frost Bank with one exception. They're only in TX. If that as of right now is their only con with me....so be it. Read moreFrost employees are always professional and courteous. I agree the building layout is somewhat odd on how you must enter/exit but I put it in perspective unlike others. As for the bank and its services/products, banking is highly federally & state compliance driven which equates to cost that must be passed on to the consumer. This is true to all businesses but its how they manage these costs within their allotted budgets on their financial health and ultimate future.
