Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

I have been a DutchBros loyal customer for 3yrsrs now. I used to be all about Starbucks but once I tried DutchBros I never went back. Iv gone to 3 other DutchBros locations and have never had but 2 slight mess ups with my drink and I mean 2 outta the whole 3 years. Well this location has been the worst experience for me. I waited 40 mins they had no one outside like all the other ones Iv gone too and were just doing the window. So I waited only for an employee to finally come out and start taking the order of a vehicle that literally had just pulled up. Hello I was waiting 40 freaking minutes and got here first. Then my drink was so freaking nasty I threw it out so upset because I sure did waste all my points on a large watered down drink that did not have my 3extra rebel shots. The employee at the window was rude with a face of "here you go bye move it" I asked for a receipt and nope didn't get one I was hot and just wanting to leave as the damn lines were long. Being a first time visitor, this was the worst experience. I was in the drive-thru line and I understood there was an order, the customer who is there first goes first, then next, and so on. I was under the impression if I was there first, and waiting longer than a customer who just pulls up my order would be before theirs. At this location it was not the case, it doesn’t matter how long I had been waiting, the customer who pulled up in the right lane was getting their order put in before mine. I asked why was the order not being followed correctly, the employee said that’s just how it goes. I said so if I had been waiting one hour and the other car just pulled up they were still getting their order put in before mine and the employee said yes. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Although I had already been waiting I refuse to give my hard earned money to such an establishment. I've gone to this location several times and although everyone is very nice, there's a clear lack of consistency when it comes to quality and value of the drinks and goodies. I've gone to this location several times for sticker drops or other goodies and it's very rare I'll actually get the item even though I see patrons before and after me get it. I've brought this up several times online but it's clear if you don't get your drink at the drive thru window, you won't get what you paid for and the sticker or goodie drop. Although the email customer service is very nice, I don't think they are relaying the complaints to the actual location. Otherwise, the location is encouraging the Broistas to purposefully exclude customers that utilize the walk up window and ordering ahead. No one wants to be excluded, especially if they went for the sticker! Also, I highly suggest not getting drinks at the walk up window, it's rare they make the drinks correctly.
