First off I want to say, I usually dont give bad reviews unless there under 2 stars. Means for me that it was bad overall. The worst time, I guess to go was around 8:30pm on July, 31st 2016. There was a couple when we arrived. They were waiting for there food. We ordered our food and got it, in a okay time. Two other people came in and ordered and they waited a while for there food. I went back up and ordered 2 orders of tacos, the people who went behind me got there food first. Customer number 3, they where still waiting on a simple order. Customer number 1, well still waiting after 30 mins. If that was me, I would've left. I went up there and all the time I seen them pushing drive thru orders and pushing people to pull up. Some of the people who work there, obviously did not know what to do. Granted if your new thats fine but at least apologize to your customers for the wait. So I finally got fed up and asked for a refund and they told me they dont allow refunds. Really you dont say. $2.58 cents, I understand if it's $20 bucks, you have to call for approval. But for 2 orders of tacos it takes 20-30 min to get, is ridiculous. My sister went up and spoke to another manager and told her, you want me to call your GM and ask him if he can give me a refund. Read moreTerrible, Terrible ,service !!!!! I live in the area and they just can't seem to get it together . I always do drive thru because I'm goin or coming from work. Last night Aug 21st I sat in the drive thru for 35 min because the female worker assured me it be a few min because of shift change. Me being in the service industry for over 23 yrs I was patient until it took 35 min and still no answer by then 8 cars were behind me as well. I drive up and the female worker is giving me the "cut throat signal" saying were closed . I ask here then why make us wait ? I asked for the mgr and she said she wasn't present as well as no workers which is why they were closing because" the mgr" who she didn't wanna say was behind her counting cash didn't schedule any . I again asked when will she be in and she replied that she "didn't know". Believe me I get it being in the business for over 20 yrs and a mgr for 17 . But no way at any point in time during my shifts over the years have I ever had to deal with a situation that the worker explained. I'm not mad at her at all im disappointed that she is subjected to such a work environment that where u can't count on any superior to make things right honestly" WHO RUNS...
Read moreSo i went thru the drive thru and ordered breakfast. THE PRICES ON THE MENU DO NOT MATCH THE PRICES THEY CHARGE YOU! I ordered a combo and got charged over $2 more than what was on the menu. I told the employer Tristan and she (with attitude) told me as if i was stupid, that the price i saw on menu was for only sandwich. I drove thru the drive thru and took a picture which CLEARLY says it was for combo. When i showed it to her, she tells me, "oh, yeah you're right" but does nothing to fix the situation. I had to ask her to speak to a manager, but yeah, manager doesn't go in until 11:30 IF she goes in at all. I have been calling only to hear that the manager will call me back. It's been 3 days I've been calling and waiting for a call back. Their attitudes seem as if they don't care about their customers. They can cheat you and they didn't care. I called again today, and a male so called leader hung up on me. Makes me wonder, how many people have they cheated and how much have they profited...
