The bread here is good, I do see the prices seem more high but like I said the bread is good and the place is kept clean which is why we have been coming back until today,

I had an unpleasant experience as the costumer service was horrible, I was overcharged, when I came in to address my concern (minutes later after reviewing my receipt) the lady that charged me started getting defensive saying she charged correctly I counted 15 pieces in my bag for a total of $29+with a charge of $4 which I also wanted to know which item costed that amount, on my receipt there were 16 items then she proceeded to say the $4 charge was for two orejitas meaning then there was 17 items so she made it worst because, she then gave me two extra charges, but continue arguing she charged correctly then counted the bread and tossing it back in the bag damaging it. Then she tried to make it seem like I might have taken the bread out and saying why I didn’t address when in reality if she did her job right, I shouldn’t have to be taking out piece by piece to count it, I’m guessing that’s why she gets paid to count, charge and provide costumer service. She offered my money but all I wanted was to be charged correctly, it was all simple math to count 15 items. She did ask if I wanted her to guess which item was an extra charge my common sense response was for her to know their own prices for each bread, as she initially charge them. Of course she ended up only refunding $1.52 as I was not told WHICH ITEM was it NOR did she disclose it, quite convenient !!

Disclose there was two lady’s the other one was nice and respectful. Im guessing the one who I was the unpleasant experience is either a...

I purchased a tres leches cake and was deliberately lied to and sold a regular cake. When I discovered the mistake, I expected to receive either a refund or a tres leches cake. When I called back to voice my complain I received HORRIBLE customer service by a so called manager who refused to give me her name when requested. She further went on to insult me by saying that I should’ve not walked out of the store with the wrong cake even though she was the person who told me that it was a tres leches cake. This so called manager pointed out that I needed to bring back the entire cake WHOLE if I wanted a refund, now how did she expect me to do that? I offered to take back her cake with a couple of pieces that had been cut and she basically said too bad, I’m sorry I gave you the wrong cake and go ahead and write a review if you want. Is this the type of bakery that you want to do business with? It’s a shame that a rude manager like this woman can make a mistake like she did, admit it and then refuse to...

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My parents were looking forward to trying this place out and unfortunately, received rude customer service. There were no labels or names for all the breads and pastries so my parents resorted to calling them by what they knew them to be called such as “pastelitos”, “cuernitos”, etc. when the employee gave them what they thought was a pastelito, my parents told them that it wasn’t a pastelito and asked for the correct item. The employee declined since all sales are considered final and was extremely rude to them, asking if they even knew how to read since there was a sign saying “all sales are final.” I understand different regions of Mexico may have different names for some pastries but a little kindness from this establishment wouldn’t hurt anyone. My parents ended up paying for items they didn’t want and are upset and disappointed with their experience...

The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The bakery looked clean and smelled amazing! Was looking for something for my nieces Valentine's proposal and ended up with the tres leches, although the cake tasted amazing and fresh she said it was banana flavored and I didn't taste that at all. The bakery was full of sweets and the reviews on the conchas definitely make me want to return to try more. Paletas were also available in the freezer!

An authentic Mexican bakery that prides itself in great customer service and friendly staff. Earlier this month I stopped in for the purchase of a Rosca de Reyes as it is a tradition in my family to eat on the Epiphany of the Lord (January 6th). This Rosca was soft and delicious. The strawberry filling was a delight. I recommend you stop by.
