Wham Bam Burrito — Restaurant in San Antonio

I've ordered from the this place three times on the Uber eats app (where is called Sunny & Fine's Breakfast Burritos) and have been disappointed all three times. The food is tasty but they always get my order wrong. I've gotten someone else's order (which could have been the drivers fault), and twice had missing food.

This last time I paid $14 for a breakfast bowl and received a burrito. So fine. I put it into a bowl and it was missing avocado slices and missing my added carne asada. This was the last straw. I'm not ordering from them again. They staple the station ticket to the bag. They're obviously not actually reading the ticket.

I called the restaurant and the girl that answered, in trying to apologize and while looking for my order in their system, told me that the employees have been asking the owner to remove them from the app because these items aren't even on their menu. Considering it seems he's running three restaurants (Wham Bam Burrito, Sunny & Fine's, and Fajita Express) from one kitchen, I get their point. It doesn't excuse not giving the customer what they are paying for at those prices.

I did the refund through Uber Eats and they gave me $2.50 for the missing meat. I don't feel that's enough and that's why I called the store and am posting this. Three strikes and I'm done. Maybe the owner should listen...

I ordered lunch from here today. I ordered chicken quesadilla (how ever you spell it) I spent $21.00 plus tip. This was the worse lunch ever. I could have got better from the gas station.
