Brevity Coffee Co. — Restaurant in San Antonio

I can’t say enough positive things about this Brevity location. I love Brevity as a whole, but this location is truly the best! I come here every single morning and wouldn’t change a thing. Having been a restaurant manager myself, I recognize a well-oiled machine when I see one.

Originally from Chicago, I was initially intimidated by the crowds and long lines in Texas, but NOT here! Even when I’ve been behind 10 cars, these ladies consistently crank out orders within 5 minutes. It’s efficient, seamless, and always a friendly experience.

General Manager Alexa is absolutely incredible. She’s consistently kind and patient with both guests and her team, and I’ve never seen her frustrated or in a bad mood. Kat, Lola, and Claudia are the sweetest, always making time to ask about your day and have your drink ready in seconds.

What I appreciate most is their ability to train new team members while maintaining such high standards. Even with new faces, they skillfully balance efficiency, quality checks, and warm smiles. This location exemplifies what great service looks like!

I used to be all about Starbucks. My husband kept trying to get me to give Brevity a shot, but I always said no. You know how it is when you're set in your ways.

Then one day, for whatever reason, I ended up at Brevity. And... well, turns out my husband was right 🙃. (Don't you hate when that happens?)

Now I'm there pretty much every day. The whole team is great - Alexa, the manager, and all the staff are always so nice. They even know my order by heart now. Not sure if that's a good thing or if I should be embarrassed about how often I'm there.

My go-to drink? A large iced vanilla latte with oat milk. It's pretty damn good.

The whole vibe of the place is nice too. Comfortable. Easy to get and go.

Look, I'm not saying Brevity is going to change your life or anything. But if you're a Starbucks person like I was and you're thinking about trying something different... it might be worth a shot.

Just don't blame me if you get hooked. And if you see someone in there every single day with a giant iced latte? Yeah, that's probably me. No...

Was stuck in the rain Sunday 08/31 evening. I finally decided to keep going on our way to Boerne, we usually go the Brevity off Blanco and that layout is a bit different so I was a bit disoriented trying to figure out where the ordering window was it was thurderstoring pretty bad at any case finally made it to the right window to order the pink hair girl that was looked less than happy to be working, rolled her eyes, at me when I was lining up my car and her facial expression was less than welcoming. I did not want anything being prepared by this person after that. I was going to order 4 drinks and a handful of desserts for the other two family members that were waiting back home. It just goes to show that one person can make it or break it. If this employee is not happy with this job maybe she should consider not being in the Customer...
