Hooters — Restaurant in San Antonio

This was my first time eating at Hooters and the food was amazing. However, the service was really strange and by the end of the night will be the reason I never eat there again. We were sat at a table in a corner that looked like it was in a closed off section. Our waitress kept disappearing for at least 20 minutes each time. A family that came in more than 30 minutes closer to 45 had their food and drinks before us. Waited over an hour and the waitress brought out all of the food at once. . . Nachos, 6 piece wings and our entrees. Nachos were suppose to be an appetizer for them to take over an hour seemed really ridiculous to me. Plus when we arrived all tables that were seated had their food and all the people we passed to get to our table were gone by the time we got our food. So we had to rush through our food so we could eat it while it was hot plus we were all hungry. The waitress came and checked on us and then disappeared we finished our food and then we waited and waited after about 15 minutes i got up and looked around didnt see our waitress anywhere. So i went to a manager because i just simply wanted the check when i told the manager i didnt know what happened to our waitress but it was getting late and I wanted to get my sons home. No acknowledgement, inquiry, excuse or apology she asked me which table was mine and printed out the check. The waitress came out from the back while I was filling the check out. Not sure if me asking the hostess about why were me and my sons being sat in an empty corner by the kitchen or requesting a clean table rubbed them the wrong way. But at the end of the day I work very hard for my money so I can do things like take my sons out to eat on my off days and it is just really disappointing to pay good money and be...

OMG! I stopped goingto Hooters a long time ago for bad quality of food, service and for Hooters no longer being a requirment in their equal opportunity hiring rules......BUT.....I was forced to go to Hooters on Fredericksburgand wurzbock for a business lunch....and boy have they cleaned house all the way around.... The food was Crazy Awesome! I had the chicken sandwich with potato wedges and OMG....literally the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life....and I get around...! It was 5 Stars in my book...I was Amazed...the wings where Great and actually bigger wings than they used to have before....and the wait staff...another OMG....! Wow! Hooters broght the Hooters back! And The Girls had more than just Hooters...they had the junk in the trunk but more so than that...they had professional personality....and knew how to engage with the customers....and not seem like air heards or stuck up.... so in closing...they get a total 5 star rating from me...and a New customer....so if you have dismissed Hooters before for the Same reasons.... come back one more time...you will be...

Let me start off by saying that I ordered from this restaurant through the favor app. I had a great experience with this delivery app.

My problem is with the quality of the food that was delivered. I couldn't find a place to leave this review through the favor app, so I will leave it here.

I ordered the Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese sauce and a kids order of a 4 piece breaded chicken wing meal. I asked for extra crispy chicken as that was one of the selections. Upon arrival those wings were definitely not crispy not to mention no where near extra crispy. They were actually sitting in a puddle of cooking oil upon arrival. I asked for blue cheese dressing for the wings and I received ranch. With no celery or carrot sticks.

The kids meal came with a side I requested a salad with blue cheese only to receive ranch again. Bavarian pretzels tasted like they were deep fried. I definitely will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
