It's Just Wings — Restaurant in San Antonio

I work just down the street from this location and I probably come 2-3 times a week and I have to say the customer service is great. Keana is wonderful and really takes great care of me and the rest of the staff is great as well. I love my chips and sauce and usually take one to go every time. Folks have given them bad reviews but like any other business they have there bad days but these guys really try. My only complaint as far as fox goes is I had the ribs once and they were kind of dry but other than that they are consistent and I appreciate that. Keep up the good job...

This experience was terrible for my wife and I. Our server never came back to check on us after taking our order. We had 3 different employees bring our drinks, appetizer and entre. None of them said a word to us, just put our items down and walked away, even after we had said thank you. We had to track our server down to ask for take home boxes. He didn't seem interested in getting them, but he did. We will definitely not be going back to this location or possibly any other Chili's...

They are handing out salmonella like candy, ordered them through doordash and elias prepared our meal and served us raw chicken. Upon our first bites, my wifes was completely pink and the skin of my chicken was still gummy and rubbery as if it was never cooked and also pink. This couldve ended...
