So I decided to have Laguna Madres For lunch. I went in the drive-through ordered the kids fish asked for a toast on the side. I also asked for two red sauce and tartar sauce. I parked in the parking lot & got my plate ready so I can eat. I looked in the bag for the condiments that they gave me. The tartar sauce, and the red sauce were all covered with ketchup literally. Iâm not gonna touch it with ketchup all over the containers & they shouldâve never given me that. So I went inside to ask if I can have another so I wouldnât have to touch all the ketchup soaked containers. When I went inside an older lady at the cash register was helping someone and I was waiting in the line then when it was my turn. I asked her if she could exchange the bag that they gave me in the drive-through because it was covered in ketchup I swear she looked at me like I was insane or if I was a Martian like she couldnât understand the words that were coming out of my mouth I thought I said it very plainly, so she didnât say anything so again, I said can you exchange these containers? They are covered all over with ketchup and she looked at me and I said please it wasnât like I was rude or anything I asked nicely and I said please, and she looked at me as if someone said something rude to her. She turned around to get the containers, and she looked at the bag again, as if she couldnât understand. What is wrong with going inside and exchanging containers that the drive thru people gave me in first place??!! She was the one that was being rude to me first of all she said hardly anything she didnât apologize. Or say Iâm sorry that that happened or anything..she could of said Let me exchange that for you instead I got a bewildered look and no understanding. I just needed to exchange the condiments, but she looked at me as if I did a crime . Iâm the customer I paid for my food so I donât know what was the big deal.    Read moreI want to start this review with a compliment. The food is always fresh and tasty. However today was a different story. Let's start from 4 weeks ago or more. I ordered a family order with fish and shrimp. I waited 30 mins for preparation in the parking lot. Everything was PERFECT with the exception of my shrimp being missing. I was feeding nurses and felt horrible not being to deliver their order correct. Especially with a pregnant craving request. I called immediately and of course you get the person who gets the manager who can't hear because of the lunch rush hour. They begin with I'm so sorry. You can drive back which makes no sense or can I take your name and make it right. So I said take my name please. I went once again to get lunch for nurses. I remind them of the shrimp and give my name. They call the manager on duty. I explained the error and my name. He kept me through the drive through 12 mins questioning my over and over again. I finally told this MAN it's ok. I hate the way you are making this situation feel. You owe me. You let me down. I'm a returned customer who once again bought your food but make me feel like a begger or worst a thief. He then had this weird look on his face and gave me 16 old shrimp that smelled and tastes spoiled. It made my entire car stink!! The nurses agreed it was spoiled seafood. I asked for a FISH SANDWICH with tartar sauce on bun and it came with none. The HUSH PUPPIES ordered were so greasy. The COLD SLAW was old and like mush. The edges of the LETTUCE were slimy and brown and the two TOMATO slices had MOLD SPOTS and the center of the tomatoes were furry, DISGUSTING!!! BILL MILLERS IS GOING TO POT. YOU COULD SQUEEZE THE OIL OUT OF THE HUSH PUPPIES AND THEY WERE BURNT. LETTUCE ON FISH SANDWICH WAS WILTED AND TOMATO SLICES WERE OLD AND OVERLY RIPE.
