Me and my girlfriend came thru the drive thru late night/early morning depending how you look at it lol. To the point tho, usually as everyone knows jack in the box’s overnight service is 8/10 times horrible. So slow and rude, sometimes they go as far as to not even answer the drive thru speaker so I dread stopping no matter how much I’m craving jacks tacos n curly fries but this location changed my mind for sure. First off Adrian who was the drive thru cashier as well as the manager by happenstance was so great. He answered quick and fast with a cheerful and pleasant attitude and tone. We took some time to look at the menu and he not once rushed us or made us feel as if we were taking to long as most drive thru cashiers do. When we got to the window he greeted us with a kind smile and positive attitude, they were making our food fresh and although that’s never an issue he still apologized for the small wait it would be and he made small conversation that made the wait that much more unnoticeable. All this positivity you would never believe that he had been there all night annnnd that he would be leaving at 9am (this was at 4:30am/9-23-23) to come back and work at 2pm-10pm to say he deserves his management position is an understatement. Good customer service after the pandemic is sooo rare so his was very much appreciated and hopefully noticed and rewarded my his bosses. And to the unseen employees In the back the food was fresh but quick and made to perfection not one complaint here. So to Adrian and his team you guys are awesome and we will for sure be back!!!! Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would!!! This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been to in my life! I waited 12 minutes at the drive thru to place my order. I stated I wanted a #6 and he asks if I want That with cheese....yet the #6 is clearly says jumbo jack cheeseburger!! So yes I want it with cheese. Then I said I wanted a big texas cheeseburger by itself. He asks you want it plain and dry. No, with everything just not a combo. Ok so with the mustard to? YES!!!!! I pull up and here comes a guy wearing a plain t shirt that is not from jack in the box, repeats my order and still doesn't say it right! My total was $13.06. I have him $20.06. He comes back to give me my money and I say I want my receipt and he makes a face. I waited another 10 minutes to get my food and I stopped and made sure everything was correct.....from the outside! As I pulled into my driveway, my son says...hey where is my sprite. The guy at the drive thru didn't give me my drink. The onion rings I got were extremely soggy from so much oil and the little bag it was in was drenched.....no exaggeration!!!! My son didn't like them at all and he loves onion rings. I opened my big texas cheeseburger and it was cold, had a dryed up cheese, 2 pickles and mustard. I was missing the mayo, melted cheese and the other sauce that comes with it! I called this location 9 times......no one ever picked up!! Ever. I got their 'remote access machine' 4 times. Never, ever will I go here again!!!!! Ever. Read moreCurrently have been in the drive thru for 15 minute AFTER paying and still have not received my food. I spend over $60 so I can’t just leave and there are cars ahead of me waiting as well. I was trying to place my order at the speaker when halfway through ordering I was told to pull up to the window where I waited 5 minutes for someone to come and ask what I wanted to order…. I should have known then to just leave but this is what my kids wanted today. But I will not be back if this is the service i will receive.
Edit to add: after waiting an additional 30 more minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long, I saw bags of food sitting everywhere behind the counter and what appears to be one employee working. I waited 10 minutes at the front counter before another employee walked in and I had to approach them and ask for a refund, still 2 cars waiting in front of me the girl let me know the food on the counter that had been there the whole 10 minutes I was waiting was mine and I didn’t need a refund. I told her I didn’t want cold food and how could she ensure the food was mine when there were still 2 other cars waiting. I kept requesting to speak to a manager which they just said they would get and about 7 minutes later he walked up on his phone asking my problem. I let him know and he just walked away telling the girl to refund me. They have their kitchen blocked but I was able to see food just laying on the floor and other surfaces while in there I do not reccomend this location.
