The customer service was awful. When I got there they had no prices on their menu nor any photos showing the dishes a customer would be purchasing so you have no clear expectation of what you’re purchasing. I was told I needed to pick something and she would price check it on the menu. I guess putting the price on the menu would be too transparent for their potential customers before a transaction is made or is it just charge what you feel like that day? When I asked about the portions I couldn’t get a straight answer either. The lady who rang me up said it’s enough for one person and was adamant about it. As you can see the main dish is the size of a child’s meal in the photo. I also ordered the chicken satay in case this was too small. After paying $23.00 for this I wanted to talk to a manager. I was told the new manager couldn’t be bothered with talking with customers. On the way home I noticed the food started smell weird as it stank up my truck. When I got home and opened it all up I noticed the chicken satay was dry as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. When I tried a small bite of each item the taste was awful. After such disappointment I called them back and the same rude lady who took the order said she could not refund the item if I ate any of it. So I asked her why they would have such a policy? Do you recycle left over food from customers there? She acted like I caught them red handed doing exactly that. Immediately she placed me on hold without any notice. About five minutes later she came back and said we can only refund you for the chicken satay on a stick. The only thing worse than the food here is the service. In short I would recommend people go anywhere but here for food.

I used to order from here when it was called pho vy. Didn’t realize the changed the name but with that I still hoped it would taste the same, I was mistaken. I LOVED their Vietnamese egg rolls, whatever they have now listed as “Vietnamese egg roll” is nothing close to the same. I was so disappointed and sad that they no longer make them. And charging $5 for just two small pork egg rolls is ridiculous. I used to always get the beef and onion vermicelli bowl. I even made sure to ask that they still made it the same with peanuts, cucumbers, onions and the guy on the phone said yes but when I got home I noticed no peanuts were in the plate at all. $21 for vermicelli noodles and two small egg rolls is insane. Honestly this place has just turned into a mediocre food spot sadly.

My dad wanted noodles, so I took him to Pho Vy as he had the pho before and thought the other offerings would be at least decent. The order size of the noodles were in a container half the size of what you usually get for takeaway (child size) and the wonton soup was literally diluted broth in a 16 oz cup with nothing else in it. They gave him a few paltry stale af fried strips of something 🤣🤣 My dad ordered the Supreme combo, which included shrimp. We found 5 paltry bits of beef and two shrimps. That's it for protein. In total (without a drink) came to $23 and change. Putting this bottom of the barrel not-worth-it place in RIP-OFF territory. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. And yes, that Asian female manager/owner is HELLA RUDE.

Food was good but customer service is lacking big time. While a group of 7 people went to eat lunch one of the group member did not receive his lunch while everyone else in the group was almost done with their food. So that person that did not have the lunch served went ahead to ask tge waitress for his lunch to see if it was almost done. So at that time the owner of the place came over and placed a food plate into the table for t h e person in my group that was waiting for the lunch to be brouht to the table. Minutes later the same person that placed the plate in the table came back to pick up the pkate and stated that the plate was not for him and instead the plate was for another customer. So we ask to the owner of how much longer to wait for his plate and the owner did not provide a timeframe, so we asked the owner if the food wpuld be for free due to the amount of time that the customer has been waiting for it and the answer was no food will be for free if cystomer order then will have to pay for it. So the customer told the owner to forget about the food and to cancel his plate. Uppon arrival to the restaurant the client ordered a lemonade drink but since the owner did not served the food and instead brought the wrong plate to the table and did not even apologied for the incident then customer left the premises without pay the drink. Owner got very upset that customer left without pay the drink and wantted us to pay for the drink as he was yelling at us telling us that is someone order something even a drink and does not pay that is considering a theft, i m agree with that statement but I m not agree that owner had to yell at the other customer in the group and trying to make one of the group members to pay for a drink. In my oppinion the minimun that the owner could do was to give the drink for free to the customer that waited for over 45inutes witout having his lunch served to him and did not even received an apologies or even a discount for their fault of forgot about the customer food. Customer services is lacking big time for this restaurant and owner preferred to get paid for a drink whole lossing 7 customer. How much will be a drink compare with 7 customer that brought him over $70 for lunch. Sometimes we have to take o e for the team in order to keep the long range business and...

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, PLEASE READ FULL THING. I’m a 20 yr old by the way so yall know I’m not just a Karen trippin out. The food good not bad. 1st bad thing: I was trying to order water and before I could even finish saying water with lemon she moved on. 2nd bad thing, We were about to pour our pho into the to-go cup and she practically snatched it from us saying “here give me” and we just let her because we assumed she just didn’t want us to spill it. We couldn’t have been more wrong. When she was pouring it into the cup she went too fast and spilled some on my phone and wallet and didn’t even apologize, then she took the napkins away. 3rd and WORST thing: everything came out the $86 and we were surprised because we knew we didn’t order that much so when we asked about it, mind you me and someone else went half on the bill, she started being rude and saying how she added different items on the receipt to try to get it close to $40 since that’s what my friend wanted to pay but instead of explaining that she started being rude and yelling at me and my friend about how we’re wrong and side eyeing us heavy. So we couldn’t even prove if she overcharged us because she put different items on the receipt just so she can get it too $40 instead of being like “sorry this is the closest I can get to $40 based off what y’all ordered” but no she decided to YELL AND POINT at us.Like were customers not your kids I don’t care if it’s part of your culture or not, don’t treat people that way.The older guy was nice at explaining but the older lady was just very very veryyy rude and disrespectful. Also felt rushed the whole time I get it’s their culture but like I couldn’t do nothing felt like I had to match her pace. And I’ve been to DICKS and they had better service and thats saying a lot and that’s me being honest. THANK YOU to the older guy he was nice. Also price on the menu is NOT the same as on the receipt we paid $1 more for each pho bowl we had, it’s not abt the price it’s...
