Tropicana Ice Cream — Restaurant in San Antonio

The lady that took my order apperantly had a problem with me she started arguing with her coworker towards the end of my order I guess because I was going to pay for my parents and siblings orders as well,either way she was mad and didn't finish taking care of me so then another guy ended up cashing me out and making my order,im guessings she refused? so didn't get the hotcheetos I ordered but the guy very kindly made them oncr i asled and I also ordered the mini pancakes which took atkeast a good 20 mins for them to even start making them then I just got pancakes with strawberries and Bananas when I had already asked them to add a nutella icecream scoop when i placed the order and the picture shows they come with drizzle and whip cream which mine didn't have. I said oh well and didn't tell them anything but then someone else ordered some at a table nearby and there's came out within a few minutes after they ordered and looking really good with drizzle icecream whip cream and all. The churro split comes with the churrros wrapped individually in aluminum.. Also ordered a cucumber limonade but there was none so got the strawberry horchata which my husband said tasted like pepto so he only took that one sip and threw it away.

Since we paid for 3 orders I did get a coupon for a free paleta but I won't even come back to get it because that lady just had such bad attitude and we had a bad...

Very disappointed!!! I waited for 25 minutes in line for an agua de piña (pineapple water). I was in line watching the employee prepare my drink and as she filled the cup she stopped at 3/4 of the cup and then the employee began to pick up the barrel/container and pour the last of the batch into my cup. Which is completely fine except for the fact that it looked like it had more of the brown outer peel of the pineapple than the actually liquid itself. I love the pineapple chunks in the drink but these were not pineapple chunks, more like the brown crust/peel of the pineapple. When I got to the register, there was another drink next to mine that was full, looked more appealing, and without any fruit peel in it. I believe that the worse part about it was the fact that the person who served my drink was a manager (I assume) because she had a black shirt and the others had a pink shirt on. If this is the way she wanted to serve and sell this drink then that says a lot about her character. My drink reflected her customer service skills which was the bottom...

First time ever to Tropicana Ice cream on Marbach and my last time. My family went in about 20 minutes before closing time and I was amazed by the different options they have. I ordered a churro split and the menu has it priced for $6.99. My wife ordered a large hot cheeto corn cup and my son got a oreo ice cream bar. When it came time to pay, the churro split rang up to $8.49. I questioned the price due to it was my first time at this establishment. The cashier stated, the screen is wrong but it's $8.49 plus tax and it's been that way for a while. At this time, it was 5 minutes until closing time and I asked if they can honor the price on the menu because it's very misleading. The cashier declined so I decided not to pay for my order due to its the principle to honor prices that are on your menu for your customers to look at.
