As of late (2023-2024) we havent ordered from here. Mainly due to tapioca no longer even being an option. We usually ordered through delivery once in a while for a little treat of bubble tea but as of late, we just dont because again tapioca isnt no even an option. If i drove by this region enough id just stop in but my guess is that still wouldnt fix the situation. Before this it seemed like staff changed and with that a lot of mess ups were happening. Like something that was suppose to be blended ended up arriving with whole ice and stuff not properly mixed. Sad to see this place just not doing well. They were fantastic and we were a big fan. This area is hurting for unique stuff like this, and it seems like nothing great ever lasts.
--Past review-- We have ordered delivery from here before but since I was out and about while in the area I thought I would stop by. Staff was friendly, location is clean and well kept. The Boba tea is super delicious. Wish there was more uniquely different food or drink in the region besides...
Read moreMy niece and I arrived at your establishment about 20 minutes before closing in hopes to satisfy our boba craving along with the rest of our family. Your hours on your door show closing at 8pm on Sundays and so do your hours online. We shouldnât have been turned away before closing time but unfortunately we were. We were told by your employees that theyâre closed because they close early on Sundays. Well, it was barely 8pm. Idk if this is normal practice but as an individual who has years of experience in customer service, this was a horrible experience. Sadly, our boba cravings werenât satisfied on this fine Sunday and your establishment lost out on a large order.
I normally donât write reviews but I hope this review will either 1, change the hours to your establishment or 2, close when youâre...
Read moreWorst milk tea shop. I'm a fan of boba tea so I frequent a few shops and, unfortunately, decided to try this one on my birthday. Gross. The tapioca pearls are not the same consistency or flavor of the quality tea shops around San Antonio, like Brew's Lee Tea or Kung Fu Tea- they're too mushy and tasted off, like they were made from low quality ingredients or were old. Cashier admitted that they make a batch every morning and if they're a bad batch then the whole of the day's boba is nasty. The manager/ owner is rude, belligerent, and unprofessional. Proceeded to discredit the cashier/tea maker and say they DO make a new batch every few hours of the day. Insists the problems with low quality of her product is the personal taste of others. Will be avoiding...
