This was the very first time I have ever been to Red Lobster and to be honest it is probably the last time. We did go for the endless shrimp. It wasn’t very busy. We placed our order and waited for abt 10-15 mins before our drinks arrived. We waited a while longer for our food. The issue is our order was completely wrong. I got the right shrimp but I ordered the Brussels sprouts and broccoli and they brought out a loaded baked potato no worries my husband loves potatoes. They brought him 2 of the right order of shrimp and 1 wrong order. Again no worries I enjoyed the dragon shrimp. We did place another order for the Fred’s shrimp my husband enjoyed those but no one brought out Tatar sauce. Also they changed the coconut shrimp to shrimp bites and they were gross, we didn’t eat them. We also ordered another round of shrimp scampi and shrimp Alfredo. 30 mins later and nothing had come out. We finally asked for the check and to get our food to go. We waited another 15 mins and they brought our card back. We had given up on our shrimp refills and were leaving when they did bring out an order of the feeds shrimp and of the dragon shrimp. We ended up throwing them away because reheated shrimp is not it. They also didn’t have the wonton shrimp which is what I really wanted. Over all the food was okay. I did enjoy the Brussels sprouts the best thing I ate. Now the worst part was the silverware. I should have taken a photo they were disgusting and dirty like someone had just eaten with them. I had to ask for throw away silverware. That alone is what almost made me give them a 1 star but I give a 2 because some of the food was good. We won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend eating here.

We walked in at opening and were greeted right away and taken to our table, but passing the bar area there was a mean stench that was not not so nice! Luckily we didn't get sat by the bar! Our waiter came up right away and luckily we were ready and ordered everything all at once! Few minutes later we got our drinks and them delicious biscuits, a few minutes after that we got our appetizer. The Crab Queso Dip Cheesy crab dip with jalapeños and pico de gallo, served with crispy warm tortilla chips! With some black pepper it was hot, cheesy and delish! A little while after we received our food and I got the Admiral's Feast which consisted of Walt's Favorite Shrimp, wild-caught flounder, clam strips and bay scallops, all crisped to a golden-brown. I also got the crispy Brussel sprouts as a side and everything was perfectly cooked I had ZERO complaints! My wife did the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast! The lobster tail was a nice size and cooked very well, the Snow crabs were so so... stringy and over cooked IMO. The shrimp scampi was delisios as alawys! We were so full we had to take the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo home, but we heated it up and it was great! All in all I think the place needs a makeover, and the bar area needs to be scrubbed down! But the service was great and the food really good, would def go back!

Well I guess it's now official, my once favorite restruant is now on husband s refusal list permanently. After 50+ years their food has gone so far off the mark it's just sad and they no longer accept any comments in store about the quality. My husband ordered a steak burger, it cMe looking like Grey cardboard and the taste wS simply vulgar. Recieved snide comment from a female waitress who was not serving us about the the buisness being a seafood restruant so hamburger isn't their specialty... but then again, their style cheese biscuits were also old and lacked flavor ND my lobster baked potatoes was also not very good. We just wished to discuss the situation but were treated dreadfully. This red lobster is San Antonio neR Banderas road. We frequent our store in corpus and at least they know us and do not serve sendbacks to other customers.

Good first time experience at Red Lobster. I had heard about the chains previous struggles under previous leadership. I had caught wind of the turnaround happening under new leadership and thought I’d give it a try. You can tell right away customer service and hospitality is emphasized. We were greeted by the hostess promptly and got to view the live lobsters. Once seated, we met our server, Kendall. She was incredible and you can tell she had good training. I also was watching some of the other servers and they were equally as friendly and hospitable as Kendall.

I requested a live lobster and Kendall walked me to the tank and was able to thoroughly explain the pricing and selection process. Once I selected my lobster she removed it from the tank and had me hold the tray where she placed it on. I asked to have my wife see it, so she graciously walked it over to the table so my wife could see it. She reminded us take a picture of it, which I thought was a nice gesture.

It was a good dining experience, however there are signs where the chain is having to work through some growing pains. The famous biscuits were not available until the meal came out. I overheard our server having to hold off all the biscuit hungry patrons all night. The new drink lineup was stellar. I had a purple haze and it was delicious. But you can tell the under pour the alcohol (maybe that’s a me thing). The clam chowder was a miss, a little too watery and flavorless for my liking and slight cool. The calamari was delicious and fresh. I definitely recommend. The fresh lobster I had with broccoli and a baked potato was delicious. The garlic butter was okay. My wife had a nice plate which consisted of salmon, lobster tail, and shrimp on a bed of rice and two sides. I think it’s a steal of a price and would recommend. The brownie overboard was our dessert and it was a perfect cap to our meal. I look forward to retuning to the Marbach location and hope Kendall can be our...

We went to Red Lobster to have a nice anniversary dinner. Red Lobster was our first date restaurant and we just had our 41st anniversary. We waited for like 10 minutes, before we were seated only because nobody was around. We got seated, ordered our drinks. Then it really went down hill fast. I ordered the endless shrimp. Brandon said there are no togo boxes allowed or sharing. I asked since when? He said since it’s been $25.00. I said when it was $20.00 I could take what I didn’t finish home. I’m paying for it, how can they tell me I can’t take it home? I understand people might take advantage. I felt like I couldn’t try what my husband ordered because he couldn’t try mine. Then I asked him if the Mac & Cheese was good? He yes yes. I asked if I didn’t like it could I trade for something else? He said no. It was not good. I was going to order a salad but instead of $1.99 upcharge he said it was $5.00 with a Pepsi product, I had iced tea. He made me order 3 types of shrimp and then when I ordered another he told me I had to order 2. That’s when I said I only want 1 order of scampi. Then on one of my orders they gave it to another table so they rushed my order. I didn’t realize the Mac & cheese was an upcharge item and when I mentioned it to Brandon he said it’s in the menu. I said I didn’t catch it he said well it’s in the menu. He was really rude. Everybody can have a bad day, but as a server, shake it off. My husband deducted $3.00 from his tip. Wasn’t the full price of the Mac & cheese but close enough. My husband NEVER does that. I was shocked. My husband said he just felt that Brandon did not want to serve us so he was making sure we new it. Sorry Brandon I told you I was going to go on Yelp and leave a review. You should not have responded with “it’s not...

I originally rated this at 5 stars years ago when the service was excellent, but now 3 years later all that’s left is a shell of a once great place to eat, my family and I have been regular customers here for as long as we’ve lived here which is 8 years and through those years we have seen excellent service, excellent servers and exceptional customer service, today we went here for dinner and for the first time we considered getting up and living, but not in the middle of dinner, no, 20 minutes after we were seated and left alone untouched, all the while tables around us in every direction were being greeted and served, we sat and watched until we took matters into your own hands and flagged down a waitress to take our drink order which we did not receive until another 20 minutes after, so for a total of 40 minutes we were left alone, singularly greeted. After we received our drinks, which was brought by who we believe to be the manager he left our drinks and promptly left, not taking our order or asking if we needed anything, after another 10 minutes of us watching other tables receive a+ service he finally came back to take our order, during the 15 minute wait for our food we received lukewarm bread and no refills, forcing us to sip our single cups of drink, so much time past we forgot we ordered salads until they finally came along with subpar appetizers, once we finally received our food it was just as bad as the E for Effort service we received throughout our visit, from cold baked potatoes to inedible salmon everything about this dinner was disappointing. It’s truly apparent how hard the pandemic hit this establishment becomes that is the only excuse for the service and experience to be that horrible. 0/10 Would...
