Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Antonio

First drive thru I’ve been through where I was forgotten about! First, after working all day and night, I decided to grab some convenient food to go. I pulled into Roosevelt and 410’s Jack in the Box, ordered two meals, tacos, and deserts, basically dinner for three. When I got to the window, after 10 minutes of wait time, I was given a bag of deserts and told to “pull around and park (I will not EVER pull around and park again).” By this time it was 20 minutes... I was on the phone the entire time and able to clock it. I then realized I had been waiting too long, another 25 minutes parked in the front and never attended to! I pulled around to the front to go inside and clarify, but a worker who was smoking a cigarette yelled, “They’re closed inside!” I told him my situation, only to realize he was the one who took my order. He treated me as if I were making it up, like a thief, but then he said, “Oh yeah, you’re the one I gave the cheesecakes to.” He said he would take care of it. He went inside and came out to tell me that someone gave my order to another car. Since they did that, do you think they fixed it? No, they left me there and forgot about me because I pulled around and parked He returns 10 minutes later with a bag of food, no drinks. I went through the bag and realized they messed up one of the hamburgers by putting mayo AND the tacos were not there in the bag. He went inside and came back with the drinks. When he got to my car I told him about the burger and then he said,”Wait a minute! I only gave you one bag, how do you have two?” I told him, “You gave me the cheesecakes,” and he said, “Oh yea, I’m sorry!” He returns 5 minutes later returned with ONE burger, no bag, just a carton and a, “Here you go.” He then walked food to the truck where he was smoking a cigarette. By this time, my husband called the restaurant (it’s been over an hour), of course he asks for a manager, but they said no manager was on duty. He came out with the tacos and said, “Sorry about the wait,” and left. I waited an hour and 20 minutes, only for my order to end up coming out in pieces and no receipt. How do I know what they really charged me for? No credit, no receipt, no respect, the order came out in pieces, cold, an hour later and it wasn’t even properly prepared. On top of all of it, I was accused of trying to steal, or finagle something. This place is lost! I have a very important job in this community and to be disrespected as if I’m a bad guy?! Worst service ever and Jack in the Box wonders why they’re sinking. I know the problem here is with leadership and training, just ridiculous!! I want...

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been. We went inside and we were the only ones there, ordered our food and was given our drink cups to get our drinks. The machine was out of sweetener so had to wait for someone to come take care of that. We were there for almost 45 minutes and still had not gotten our food! Another couple came in to order and waited and nobody ever came to take their order! They finally left. I noticed people were coming through the drive thru, getting their food and leaving! Our order was nowhere in sight! So I said something to the girl that took our order and she got an attitude saying we had a large order! We ordered 4 meals and a kids meal! Large order??? So people had come through the drive thru over and over gotten their meals and left! I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager with an attitude. There were 3 people working and not one had a name tag. So I asked for our money back and she rudely said it was paid for with a debit card so it would be 3-5 business days! I argued that we were going somewhere else and it wasn't our fault it had been 45 minutes and they still had not even started making our meal and that no other fast food place would take that long to get an order out and she wanted to argue again that we had a big order! The girl that was making food in the back came up front and offered to give us a cash refund and let us leave but then could not find our order or our receipt to give us a refund! When I said the other girl had never even given us a copy of our receipt she said their boss had told them not to give the customers their receipts!! When they finally found it on the computer and printed it out the girl that kept being so rude said it had not been 45 minutes and tried to quote us the time on the receipt which was the time at that moment!!!!! When we finally got our refund and went outside to leave the girl that was so rude to us was outside on the phone with what sounded like their boss and then took pictures of our license plates! We called and left messages with the district manager and our phone calls were never returned! DO NOT GO...

I would give no stars!!! I went throught drive thru order multiple meals drinks and other stuff. 49$ restaurant didnt have sodas, medium cups, or curly fries . Fine substituted for other items, asked for reciept they have no reciept paper asked for an order number cashier had to ask the shift leader for one. I get home burgers and tacos missing. Come back to store cashier says oh yea we have them here. I asked to speak to manager young gentleman comes out has hickies on his neck just laughing asked him for corporate number he tells me can be found online i asked him if he could write it for me then goes in comes back out without my food just to tell me his manager said they cant give out corporate number i could find it online. what kind of shady buisness is being ran here?! To top it all off i get home and the burgers i ordered are wrong still!!! Almost 50$ for 2 trips to the store, rudeness from the staff and still no food that i ordered?! And cant even have proof of my order cause they didnt give no reciept so now im out of...
