Idk if it’s this generation but Everytime I come to this location,the employees never say hello to anyone who comes into the store,no customer service skills. The employees can’t seem to communicate between each other. I asked the guy who gets the bread and chops the meat to make my bacon extra crispy. I assumed he told the employees making my sandwich and when I realized he didn’t,I mentioned it to the two girls making my sandwich. They both looked at me with blank stares on their faces and then continued to wrap the sandwiches. So my husband mentioned something to them and they told us that it does have bacon it. 🤦🏼♀️ I told them I obviously know that it has bacon on it all I wanted was the bacon crispy. This is the 3rd time this has happened. And they also forgot to put the pickles and banana peppers on my husbands sandwich that he asked twice for. I was going to call the store and let them know they messed up but what’s the point? It’s going to be the same no matter how many people express their concerns on here so I likely won’t be going back to this location. As someone who managed a Little Caesars for 5 years and have worked in Customer Service much longer,It really is disappointing to go into a establishment and be made to feel like I as a customer,am annoying the employees by asking for one simple thing and my product almost always being messed up. Idk who trained those employees but they need to be retrained on how to interact with customers and make sure that they are paying attention. This is not the first time this has happened, but it appears that the sandwich artists do not know what FIFO means. This evening I ordered and went to the store. I was the only car in the parking lot. I did not enter the store until after the time indicated on my receipt, at which time 3 patrons had drove up and entered the store. 2 were walk-ins and 1 was an online order.
It seems that they give preference to walk-ins over online orders. It is my opinion that orders should be made in the order they are received, regardless. After the walk-ins were served and the other online order was completed. Everybody thought they were done and turned up the music in the store. I was the only one there. One of the attendants asked me what I wanted. I told him I placed an online order 30 minutes earlier. They scrambled around and found the order request and made the sandwich. He did apologize for being late.
I always leave a tip in the app. I assume that a job will be done correctly. I will likely be finding a different Jersey Mike's. I love the food, but the service at this location needs...

This location has the best staff, customer service, quality of food and cleanliness of restaurant. Last night 12/23/23, I went into the restaurant, to place an order for carry out. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Enrique and Abel, excellent customer service ever, very attentive, great listeners and displayed they really love their job and serving the public. These 2 young men represented the brand very well, I received fresh, hot, quality subs, in a timely manner. The subs were delicious and I will be back soon!!
