In recent visits, however, the experience has declined. While the food itself remains largely unchanged, portion sizes have diminished and service has faltered. During a Sunday lunch on September 21, 2025, seven employees were on duty, yet tables were left unclean. When the issue was raised, staff handed customers wipes rather than tending to the problem themselves.

Requests for a slightly crisper, crunchier preparation of the signature sandwich were ignored, with little evidence of effort from the kitchen. The result was an experience that felt indifferent at best.

Don’t order online! I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s but I just had an unbelievably bad experience at this location and the rudeness of the staff made it 10x worse. I ordered 1 sandwich online, got there on time, and still had to wait almost 40 mins to get my sandwich (along with a bunch of other people). Meanwhile I watched them prepare a ton of in-person orders before mine. Realizing what was happening, I asked if I should just get in line and was told not to. I eventually got in line anyway and finally got my order prepared that way - 40 minutes late. I saw the manager and, when I told him what happened, he literally laughed at me and claimed they “have to make any in-person order before the online orders” like I’m crazy for thinking they’d make orders as they come in. First time getting jersey mikes, honestly I was kinda disappointed in the experience. I placed an online order for pickup, once I got there I had informed the employee working that I did not see my order. He then said to me someone probably took my order or they havnt received it. I showed him my order multiple times until they decided to just remake my sandwich. I didnt have any issues until they started making my sandwich and continued to get the order wrong 2 times. They put it without sauce one time, the next time they forgot my bacon and finally the third time they got it right.
