I usually dont go into KFC but said why not. When i went in , it seemed to have a crew that was not attentive. They only one seemed working where the cooks. Others in there own world. Then the girl at the front was not paying attention to orders ready. Taking a teenagers order while he wasnt sure what to get was on his cell phone laughing and she was playing with him just into the call as well. The orders just stacking up in back. I have many years in fast food and multi tasked is a must. While dude is playing on phone and line just waiting i had to ask the lady if that was my food, even though I knew it was mine, and she even seemed confused and then a guy stepped out of nowhere and I was like yes ma'am that's yours on top of two or three other orders that were sitting there. I know this isn't fine dining but just simple common-sense a common courtesy to continue to watch all around you and what position you're in and simply just watch if the food's coming out hand it over if that person is not ready to order yet especially playing on the phone when there's a line. L on top of that I ordered the two for three little mini chickens those were like extra mini it was no point of you've been paying $3 for something that was less than a dollar and you can get something on the dollar menu that was even more. I don't think KFC size of the chicken either they were taking everything out of ovens as if the breaded chicken you buy in the store and you throw in the oven it was just very disappointing. Read moreI generally like KFC. Unfortunately the last time I ordered my experience was just a mess. I ordered ahead. When I arrived I was told it was being packed up. After about 5 minutes I asked if it was packed and ready. I was told by the cashier that they were waiting for fresh biscuits. About five minutes later a gentleman in a red shirt sees me waiting and tells me that it would be 10 minutes for the biscuits to be ready. I arrived at 530 and left at 601 with my complete order. I see two customers who also had biscuits with their food order after I arrived and see them leave before I do. I again asked a staff member if my order was ready and again told me it was being packed up. At this point the cashier and staff appear to be avoiding me. I finally get the attention of another staff member who is busily working in the kitchen. I tell her I was told I was waiting for my order to be completed because it needed biscuits. At this point I don't care about the biscuits and tell her such. She immediately apologizes and says she forgot and quickly begins to get a bucket and places chicken in it and bags it with my sides and biscuits. This takes a few minutes and I'm given a bag with my food. I felt lied to and simply disrespected, sadly...
Read moreThis is my second time this week having to drive all the way back to this kfc Bc they have giving me the wrong order ... and today it reached a new level so after I went back and got a replacement for the wrong food . I called and complained that it was cold and I rather have a refund instead of replacing my meal because I already went back twice to replace my food and when I asked for a refund I was told I couldn’t with out a rcpt # 1167 which I understand and I explain I never got one in the drive through so I asked for them to pull it up and they said they couldn’t but gave me a copy with other ones next to it ( ) but still refuse to give me a refund and ask me to take back and hand the food that I complained about which was no issue and I did Bc the food was not edible and you would lose your appetite when you walk in and see all the boxes and papers and people not washing their hands the whole time I was there and touching the screens and not changing gloves ... that’s besides the point ... I just wanted a refund.. extremely disappointed and I will never return to this location unless is to get my refund...
