My husband and I tried this place about five times before finally calling it quits. Each time was really bad, but we thought that maybe we came on an off day and we would give it another shot since it is the closest location for us. It's not worth it.
They totally and unequivocally screwed up our orders every time - except for the time we were just picking up the free meal that they had screwed up the time before and called the manager about. We made sure it was correct before leaving.
The last time we went, we ordered probably a dozen items for our family, and they got I think... one or two things correct. I just don't even understand how that is possible - they actively chose to give us the wrong things.
Even then, it might have been a little ok if the food they gave us was good. But it wasn't. Their tacos have barely anything in them and they are constantly damp and floppy - not crunchy.
They also refuse to refund over the phone, even though a credit card transaction from twenty minutes prior should be accessible to them with the receipt information. On top of all of this, the manager named Moses called my husband "ma'am" multiple times, even after telling him specifically that he is a man. This is just rude.
If, despite all of this, you still want to eat here, please stop in the parking lot if you go through the drive-through or stop at a table if you go in - and double check your order. Make sure you got everything you wanted and that it is all correct and of decent quality. If not, get it fixed ASAP or get your refund while you're still there, then go get food from...
Read moreNasty location. The food is nasty and so are the workers attitudes. The drive thru worker, QUEEN acts nothing close to a “queen” she very clearly hates her job and takes it out on customers. It’s not our fault the best you can do is Taco Bell drive thru. There was zero customer service and she was beyond rude. Didn’t even know the answers to the most simplest questions like how much something on the menu is. She responded I DON’T KNOW, well you work there right? You should know. She acted as if I did something wrong and was bothering her for ordering and paying for our food she just continued to laugh and scuff at us. This has happened multiple times with the same girl at the drive thru and each time she is nasty. I’ve let it slide because maybe she was having a bad day or something, but no that’s clearly not it. She got the right one on the right day this time. Really disgusting girl with a disgusting attitude, and no regard for any customer. *I attempted to speak with the manager to look into the conduct at this location. Got met with another nasty attitude from MICHAEL. I’ll take it up with corporate for a formal investigation instead. I advise to AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want to deal with horrible service workers and food that is barely...
Read moreI went to the drive thru of this taco bell because there was only 1 car in line but I ended up waiting in the same spot for 10 minutes without having my order taken. I then just decided to park and go in so I did. I walk in and there is only 1 couple sitting there with their food. I go to the counter and I wait there for almost another 10 minutes before someone walked over to take my order after I had said hello multiple times. The man that took my order was named Percy and his tag said Manager on it. He was extremely rude and when I was trying to place my order he said "What do you want?!" I just tried to tell him my order. When I had finished placing my order I asked if they had a military discount, he said yes and I showed him my ID and he said "Oh you cant have it." I then payed and waited for my order, which was just a few tacos, and it took almost 20 minutes! I shouldve just gone to the one on thousand oaks or off of 1604 and bulverde. It wouldve been worth the drive. This taco bell has probably the worst customer service Ive ever had at any fast...
