Second time visiting this restaurant. The first time was great and the food was great as well. This time the food was very good but our waitress turned our BBQ up way too high, which caused things to start burning almost immediately. Thanks to one of the other waitresses who noticed and came to turn it down and get us another grill top, the rest of our dinner was saved. After that it was perfect and food was able to be cooked perfectly. We got the meal for 2 with short ribs. Omg it's so much food, definitely can feed 2-4 people with it. My wife and I brought home a lot. Tried all the sides, but definitely had my favorites. Some not so much, but to each their own. To drink, my wife and I got frozen strawberry margaritas. And I gotta be honest they were horrible. There was definitely alcohol in them but zero mixer. Tasted like frozen tequila yuck, and no strawberry flavor or sweetness at all. For $8 each I was a little disappointed. That I could get over. What made me want to give a poor 2 star review was our server. She was horrible. First she took forever to even take our drink orders, then disappeared. Then like 20 mins later she comes back, almost as if she was rushing us to order and she was bothered by having to serve us. Then she brings our meat and sides like 15 minutes later and disappeared again, completely forgetting the dumpling soup we ordered. We didn't see her again until she was bringing me the check then stood there until I put my card in the little fold. She came right back and disappeared again. All in all, the experience was ok. It was our anniversary to top it off, but she never bothered to talk to us or try to build a rapport to find that out. My wife couldn't even ask her where the restroom was because she refused to come near our table. We left with a unsure feeling, and I dreaded leaving this review because the food is really good. My review reflects only 4 stars because of our waitress. I had to dock them for her horrible people skills and down right poor service. The food and the other staff were...

Knowing what to order and how to order really helps. The marinades and ban Chan is pretty great as are the soups. It's always a great experience and wonderful food.
Edit----
Food was good however the service was horrible. There's one particular waitress that was extremely rude and doesn't quite understand what they serve at this restaurant. It's a shame because we had to get up and ask others to grab our drinks and additional menu items. What made it worse is that she was completely rude at the table slamming things down.
Sorry if you are the owner of this restaurant I highly suggest you look at some of your staff because I know this is not the first time I've had this experience with this woman as well as other tables she was responsible for. What made it worse is she applied her own tip when we have NEVER had that happen as if she knew her poor service didn't deserve a tip that large. WE SERVED OURSELVES
Attempted one last time** Get new management. Went in Sat Oct 26th with hardly anyone in the restaurant. We unfortunately were given the manager to serve us. She should not be managing or in customer service. Based on one of their VERY confusing specials combos, I am told we cannot have the food brought out in different trips because SHE doesn't want to make separate trips.... First of all there is not way all of what was supposed to come with the combo would fit on the table at one time AND be able to have room to cook it and eat it. Second, who wants raw meat to sit out for an hour at a minimum because it's a small grill? Manager said the great experience we had last time should not have happened that way... I am askingthe owner contact me. The food is amazing but the way some of your staff operates is horrific and is keeping your restaurant from...
Read moreRead moreThe worst restaurant experience ever! If you’re not Korean, you’re just screwed. The Korean lady waitress was so rude! She can’t speak English and was rude to top it off!! She acted like we were inconveniencing her in some way. She didn’t bring the soybean paste for the meat, or the second beer my husband asked for. We asked for refills on side dishes and she missed a few as well as the lettuce. By the time she brought the items out, we were done with the meat. And it’s not like you can wait. Meats grilling and if you wait on her the meat will burn!!! Why send a non-English speaking waitress to a non-Korean speaking table! She was rude to the table next to us as well. Meat was way too expensive! $28.99 for 2 pieces of kalbi rib, $17.99 for 2 slices of pork belly. Really that’s supposed to fill up a person?!!! There were 5 of us and you figure for $100 order of meat you’d think you’re okay. However, couldn’t ask questions to the non-English speaking waitress!!!!!!!! The kimchee soup sucked! After arguing with the manager, she finally admitted that the kimchee they used was way too ripe and was willing to not bill us for it. However, she wasn’t willing to understand that $17.99 for 2 pieces of pork belly was outrageous. She was bartering meat prices with me. You’ve got an angry customer and you’re trying to barter prices lady?!!! Finally, just ended up agreeing to pay $12.00 instead of $17.99 for the pork belly so I could get out of that place. $6.00 for a pork belly…:\ This place and its employees are absolutely clueless to customer service. Save your money and go to Koreana restaurant. You’ll get better food and better customer service there. Try the Seoul Oriental Market as well. Much, much better than this joke of a place! The only downside is those 2 places don’t offer the grilling experience, but you’ll be saved the aggravation and...
