Well here it goes I just needed to let everyone know about our bad experience for every bday we go as a family 9 of us an usually nieces an nephews also more than 10 people an THEY ALWAYS ADD THE TICKET OR PUT IT ALL TOGETHER WELL WE EACH PAID OUR TICKET WE ARE NOT A PERFECT FAMILY BIT VERY HONEST AN GIVE TIPS EVEN IF THEY TAKE OUT GRATUITY WELL WE ALL LEFT AN THE WAITRESS CAME OUT SCREAMING AN SAYING SOMEONE DIDNT PAY SO A FAMILY MEMBER MESSAGED US ALL AN SAID WE HAD TO GO BACK WHOEVER DIDNT PAY WE ALL TOLD THAT FAMILY MEMBER WE ALL PAID WELL WHILE THAT PERSON WAS STILL OUT THERE MESSAGING US WAITRESS STILL SCREAMING IF YOU DNT COME BACK N PAY WE ARE GOING TO CALL POLICE MIND YOU SHE WAS NOT TALKING VERY NICELY IM SO GLAD MY FAMILY REM HELD THERE COMPULSURE DIDNT DISRESPE C T THE WAITRESS AT ALL AFTER ALL OF US TOLD HIM WE ALL PAID OUT OF THE KINDESS OF THAT FAMILY MEMBERS HEART HE WENT AHEAD AN PAID IT LIKE I SAID WE ARE ALL LOVING HONEST FAMILY MIND YOU WE ALL EVEN GAVE A TIP WE FIGURED SHE OVER CHARGED US AN DIDNT WANT TO GET INTROUBLE WE HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR ALONG LONG TIME LIKE I SAID FOR EVEY BIRTHDAY AN I CAN SAYVWILL WILL NEVER EVR GO BACK AGAIN THEY DISRESPECTED MY FAMILY MEMBER AN I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE REM PEOPLE GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY GOD BLESS I THINK INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SAVE TICKET SPACE DO SEPERATE TICKETS BY THE WAY WE DID ASK WAITRESS FOR A SEPERATE TICKET SHE SAID NO WE JUST GO UP TO FRONT AN THEY WILL LET US KNOW AN YES DEFINITELY THINK SHE WAS VERY WRONG FOR NOT LETTING US HAVE SEPERATE TICKET THEY WERE STILL RUDE WITH MY FAMILY MEMBER SCREAMING SAYING THEY WERE GONNA CALL...

When you first walk in you notice a quaint atmosphere with quite a few people. The seating arrangement works well too! It's not really loud though!
We grabbed our menus and had a seat and only waited about 2 to 3 minutes for a server to greet us. She was amazing! She had quite a few tables but still managed to efficiently get to every table in a good time frame and we were never left without full drinks!
On to the food! I'm always a little worried with Mexican restaurants because most of them taste the same. They aren't bad but they aren't anything to write home about. This place, however, really impressed me!
I ordered the Puffy Tacos plate my husband, the Beef Fajitas and our friend ordered the Quesadilla. I'll start by saying that the size of the plate for the price you pay is great! I paid as much here as I would have at a fast food place and I have food to bring home. The food was extremely hot and fresh. I actually had to wait for it to cool before I could eat it and I usually never have that problem at a restaurant. The flavor was amazing and all of the ingredients were fresh.
The only complaint I have is the they chop the tomatos without coring them so you get the little hard pieces of the tomato.

Read moreThis restaurant will nickel and dime you. Beware a 15% gratuity is included in your total but they do not disclose this to you. They will also try to charge you for to-go containers and charge you a fee for paying with a card. When paying, they take your card and tap it then show you the screen where it prompts you to choose your tip amount, and it never says it was already included, so you end up tipping whatever percentage you want to tip on the total that is already including the automatic 15% gratuity. I asked for a copy of my receipt and noticed it there so they ended up getting a 40% tip. We had a bad experience with the manager here because he was trying to charge us 50 cents each for small to go containers for leftover food that we already paid for. When I noticed the double tip on the way home, I tried calling and speaking with the manager about it and ended up getting ignored and all of a sudden they didn’t know English anymore. We will NEVER return to this restaurant. As a business owner myself, it’s poor ethics to pass fees along to your customers just because you want to try to save some money. You need to factor these overhead costs into your food prices and also disclose the automatic gratuity to your paying customers. Poor customer service and bad management for mediocre food....
