Out and in about looking for some food to eat. At first, I wanted chick fil a but they were too busy. So my family thought why not LJS pulled up had a bunch of writing on the door talking about drive-thru hours and door dash. Then the employee comes out to greet us. I thought he was coming to ask us about door dash delivery. Nope, I then asked him can we go in and order cause we have more than 4 orders. Most fast food places will not take more than 3 orders in their drive-thru. The employee says yes we can go in order to take out only. Great my family gets out the employee unlocks the door and tells his staff members that we are only ordering for taking out. Immediately the staff in the grill area hesitated. They looked at each other( mind you there were no customers in the drive-thru for at least 5 minutes ago). Then a woman came upfront and says our lobby is closed. We said we are ordering for taking out only and we are aware of fast-food chains closed for dine-in. Women then goes on to say no we are not taking ANY orders inside. She did not address us she just slightly put her hand to her neck to display the kill it sign. We explained again that we have more than 3 orders. The male employee goes on to say you can order by phone and wait in the car for the order. My mother, who was with me ask ok where is the menu? The male employee says it's on the door. I looked at the door and it was a small receipt with a bunch of line items. Now, what didn't make any sense at all was we were already inside when he said that it was like he or she didn't want to help/work the issue at all. Remember this all started when your employee came outside and told us we can go inside to order as long as we have our mask. If I would have been by myself I would have let it go and ordered or went through the drive-thru. Again I was with my family and you tell us to go outside and call it in when we are already here. I guess I will have to make a trip further down the street for LJS. If your the owner and your reading this you need to hire new staff PERIOD...... You also want to pay attention to these reviews cause there telling you what you don't see on an everyday basis. What is the number one thing when it comes to fast-food chains besides the items your selling? ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE. You're in the business to make money not lose money. Sadly enough if you're losing the money you know why It's because of your staff. I also know you may see tons of reviews but it might help to reply with your own words vs your generic response. Read moreEstablishment was very untidy; tables weren't cleaned and the floors were dirty like haven't been swept. Upon arrival it was the ayce chicken or fish with sides which we ordered, after consuming the first one we requested for more which we put the order in with the mgr who had assisted my husband. We were waiting while other customers came in, got there orders, ate n got more afterwards while we still waited on ours. We still continued to wait and still never got our food while more customers kept getting their orders, at this point I was very annoyed and asked my husband to see what happened with our order. All the waiting we did that mgr didn't even start our order or even let the other workers made aware of the order...we got no sincere apology for his mistake or anything for such unprofessional work ethic, I personally don't condone such BS from anyone! I confronted the worker that was up front what the mgr's name was and he said, "oh I know what his name is, but you need to ask him what his name is." What on God's green earth was that about, Long John Silver's...where do y'all hire these people from?!?! 2] ordered hush puppies and got fries. Yeah I should have checked, but the other side is they should have gotten my order right.
3] the dude fishing for tips. Bro your service was slow, and you got my order wrong. Which is sad since I was being nice and respectful. I was in the drive thru close to 10 min before I got my food and I mean at the window waiting for the food. Had I gotten my hush puppies, I could understand.
4] I got two drinks a pepsi and a Root Beer. Both were that depressing foam water.
I paid a little over $24 for: 2x small baggie of fries 1x med drink 1x large And 2x A2 which were the only the things they got right.
