Great employees! I was having trouble paying with the app for the first time. Was eventually told that they just didn't participate in paying with app. It was an obvious lie, especially as I had picked that location to order from and had seen my name on the screen at one point. The girl was still nice as can be and I know she just told me what she was told to say. I can't remember all the details of what happened, but I was able to figure it out. I can't stress how just super nice the girls I spoke with were. Only problem was that my cheese sauce was missing for the pretzel (which btw, the sauce is super salty to pair with a salt covered pretzel, just saying. Find it hard to imagine that sauce was meant for the pretzels originally) and my marinara was missing on my mozzarella sticks. Been many times and every employee I have dealt with has been really nice.
I would suggest not to lie to customers though. Especially regarding something so easily verifiable. I'm sure the issue w/app was my fault, but I think it would be awesome if at least the managers were familiar with the app. Or at least be way smoother about not helping. Especially when I put my money on a card I can only use at Sonic. If that had been all of my money, it would have been horrible if I hadn't figured it out. I'm chill, but there are people who would trip super hard if there dinner money was tied up on a Sonic card and the customer weren't able to figure it out.
Keep being friendly. It's nice. So many cashiers etc..(especially younger ones, no offense) don't seem to have any idea how to interact with people. Or maybe they are just super rude. Either...
Read moreLet me start with I have been coming to this location for years and typically very satisfied when I order at the restaurant itself. My issues seem to be with app orders. Today I placed an order for three burgers only on the app. I received my emailed receipt at 5:39pm, and sat there waiting for a few minutes as it showed the progress on the menu and said it was being delivered. I waited for about 15 mins as I understand places get busy, then I pushed the call button to check the status. I was told by the worker that the order was being worked on. I waited a total of 30 mins, before my order came out. When I mentioned the time to the carhop, and I understand she is not responsible, but wanted to air my frustration, her reply was, “I’m sorry, I told them your about your order but they ignored me, they just have me running around. Several times when I use the app to place the order, I end up waiting long periods of time and have to check in with them, before it is finally brought out. I hope this issue gets addressed, as I really do like going to Sonic. Edit* I did hear back from one of the managers asking about my visit and she was very friendly and apologetic, and I do feel that the issue will be addressed. She did offer to replace my meal, but I was not disappointed in the food, just the service, so as much as I appreciated it, I did not accept. I just truly hope the issue...

The 1st order drink was upgraded to a Route 44 (Jumbo) Cherry Lime Aide. The 2nd drink was upgraded to a large Coke. *The meat on my burger was a little overcooked. *The burger was small for a double. The fries were crinkle cut and tasted like undercooked frozen fries. *My Coke Co2 mixture was way too low, giving it a flat-ish taste. *The overall taste was very average, at best. If the meat hadn't been overcooked, the fries hadn't been undercooked, and the Coke had more carbination, it would still be average tasting st best.
