I started smoking when I was overseas in the Marine Corps. I quit after losing the second Aunt to cancer. I have always been nervous during doctor visits that I'm going to get the diagnosis. Now, today, I know that I have cancer. I usually stick to the drive through, which usually sucks. But today I was forced to go inside this Burger King because the drive through was closed. There is no way that place is not toxic enough to escape with my health. If, miraculously, I did manage to get out in reasonable physical health, I'm probably going to need years of serious mental help.
Watching the mismanaged crew was like being forced to watch a war crime. Apparently one computer (incorrectly) takes every order and tells the entire crew what to make (incorrectly), how to make it (incorrectly), and what (incorrectly) goes into each bag. Two thirds of the crew is joking with each other or playing on their phones. One poor soul is (incorrectly) taking orders on the only working computer. Three are trying to figure out what needs to be done. May God bless those of you who are actually doing work there. If I were in a position to make your lives better, I would shower you with gold and treasures from far and wide if it were in my power. You are dedicated - to a failing cause - but nonetheless you are freaking dedicated. Only girl cleaning, only guy trying to cook all the meat, only girl trying to get the right food in the right bag: you did not go unnoticed and with that attitude you will go far in life. Get out of that toxic place and get into college or a trade school if you aren't already! And rest assured, I don't blame you. I blame your (mis)management.
As if that weren't enough, the entire interior of the restaurant was about as clean as a crack house. And I'm not even... Well... I wasn't a germophobe. Luckily this Burger King is near a Sam's. I felt I needed a pallet of sanitizer immediately after leaving. The cherry on top: I gave my hard-earned money to this burger abortion clinic only to make it all the way home and find my food is all completely incorrect. Surprise!
The worst part about all of this is the last time I was there I told myself it would be the last time I went there.
King of the burgers, I really hope you see this and make a change. Flush this toilet. I would gladly pay to watch an undercover boss episode...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this particular fast food establishment, and I must say, my experience was quite memorable and impressive. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional value offered through their mobile app. The deals available on their app are not only numerous but also significantly more advantageous compared to the promotions and offers provided by other popular fast food chains, including McDonald's and several others.
As I browsed through the app, I found a variety of enticing options that made my decision-making process quite exciting. It's incredible how a well-designed app can enhance the overall customer experience, and this one certainly does not disappoint. The sheer variety of deals made me feel like I was making a smart financial choice while indulging in delicious food.
Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed with the speed of service at this location. After placing my order, I took a moment to find a comfortable seat at my table, and to my surprise, just as I settled in, I heard my name being called. It was remarkable how quickly they prepared my meal, demonstrating their efficiency and commitment to providing timely service. It’s a refreshing change to experience such promptness in the fast food industry, where waiting for your food can sometimes feel like a test of patience.
Additionally, I want to highlight the temperature of the food when it arrived. It was just right—neither too hot to burn my mouth nor too cold to feel unappetizing. This attention to detail significantly added to the overall enjoyment of my meal, as I could savor every bite without any discomfort.
Given this combination of great deals, speedy service, and perfectly served food, I can confidently say that I will be returning to this location in the future. My overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I look forward to exploring more of what they have to offer on my next visit. This place has certainly earned a special spot on my list of favorite fast food...
Read moreIf I could rate this place with a half of a star, that would still be to much for them. I waited for at least 30 min for my order, a dine-in, in the restaurant order, which was still wrong. I witnessed one manager, probably on break so no big deal, but she was sitting in the dining room watching as all chaos insued by those still working & did nothing. There was a line in the drive-thru a mile long, the manager that was working was doing nothing but barking orders & yelling at the 2, yes, only 2 people preparing food, and it wasn't encouragement she was yelling, no cursing, but had it been me she was yelling at, I would have walked out & quit then & there. The 2 preparing food seemed new, they were sooooo slow, so it is understandable . When the manager from the dining room was done with her break, she & the other manager went to preparing food, with no gloves on or nothing, THANK GOD i already had my food. People from the drive thru were complaining to the person running their orders out & when she's come in & tell the rude manager, that woman would laugh & say "oh well, that's what you get when we are busy and nobody knows what they're doing. There was no number to call for reviews or complaints posted anywhere in the place, unless it was out of the customer's sight. On the front door, there was a sign posted stated they were a franchise owned by, you guessed it, it was blank. I will never subject me or my grandchildren to the mass chaos they had going on in that place, ever again. This location needs to either be re-staffed or shut down completely so someplace with good food & service...
