The ladies are sometimes are rude you can't get mad if you ask him for a certain piece they'll tell you not what you cannot have that one you need to get the one that I gave you they're all the same well no they're not I don't want all of them I pick the one that I want and they don't want to give it to me the price that I think a bit too much but the cakes are good the cookies are good the food is very good it's just the workers their attitude their performance that's just what messes up the place they could have milks that mean that it would be better if they would have mailed it would have you no more drinks a variety of drinks little brother it's it's it's okay the cakes and cookies are very good that donuts are to die for the donuts they're very good those are good price . Our family has been coming to La Popular’s West Ave. location for years. I particularly enjoyed our most recent visit and decided to write a review. The girl behind the counter, Virginia, was sweet, friendly, refreshing, and gave us FANTASTIC customer service!! The bread pudding was a generous portion and tasted FA-BU-LOUS. My daughter said the glazed donuts were soft, fresh, and DELICIOUS (she ate two 😊), and the rest of my family enjoyed their pan dulce, too. They said, “the strawberry campechana had just the right amount of filling, the empanadas were tasty, and the plain cuernitos 🥐 were soft and satisfying.” As long as La Popular continues with excellent service and fresh, great tasting pan dulce, our family will continue to support this neighborhood establishment. ...

My daughter and I have been coming in to this bakery for the past month as it is on the way home from her school. We always follow the rules of no more than 3 people in the bakery at a time and we patiently wait our turn. I completely respect all the rules set forth by businesses due to COVID. I have been trying to support local business as I know times have been tough during the pandemic. Today when we walked in we were rudely told to wait in line even though there was no line.
