Horrible customer service the manager named pedro is rude Hang up on me on the phone I have issue I went a 2:20 pm today I got a salad and a Diet Coke my total was 11 something dollars n I check my banco account n is 20 dlls i I called n explain then n reliaze they dnt give me a recipe either all i have is the kitchen recipe they charge me wrong n pedro the manager simple said is no my problem was in the morning shift I came here at 3 so y have to call in the morning show me.    Read moreReally had to Order this whole order again because they gave my order out to somebody who Wasnât even a delivery driver, I then called the store and spoke to someone and they said they were the ones who handed it out and made sure the driver had confirmed the pick up on his phone , that was a lie . Then when my actual driver got there, they told HER they gave out my order already, and I would have to go through the app. The app didnât help at all I had to re-order the whole order. 70$ x 2 Then received my order. And Only had the kids meal cheeseburger one double meat burger, and one bacon avocado burger with three medium fries and only four drinks ? I was very upset.    Read moreI have to admit that I have a complicated burger order but the young man, Emanuel, that took my order was very receptive, he read it back to me at the window but I didnât hear him mention cheese so I confirmed he entered it and he said yes. I received my order and drove off but was told by my daughter that the order was wrong. I turned back around and Jojo came out to my vehicle. I explained to him what I ordered and he asked to see the receipt. I showed him the receipt to which he proceeded to state I didnât order cheese. I explicitly said I did and he was a little combative with me on this. I think every Texan knows that Whataburgers donât come with cheese and it needs to be added. He had horrible customer service.
