The gorditas are excellent, filled to the top with your protein, the salsa is creamy and spicy. The owners are so nice, and we have called in a big order of gorditas to take to family elsewhere in the state before. The sodas are always ice cold, the Aguas frescas are top tier and refreshing. You will not be disappointed if you go here. It might be a drive for us to get there, but nearly every weekend we go and are never unsatisfied. No sé cómo cabe tanta magia en tan pequeño vehículo, pero el equipo de Las Adelitas lo ha logrado. Llevo más de un año devorando las deliciosas gorditas que preparan. Mi cintura atestigua la lealtad a este negocio. Hace falta mencionar que para una buena gordita se empieza con una tortilla. Aquí las preparan a la orden y no antes. Se necesita tener paciencia y respeto porque muy pocos negocios, restaurantes, etc. se toman el tiempo de preparar alimentos de manera correcta. Si usted no tiene paciencia le sugiero que vaya a una cadena de comida chatarra. Dentro del horno que es la tortilla se rellena con exquisitos guisados que no tienen par. Mis favoritos incluyen chicharrón prensado, asado, bistec y rajas con queso. Encima de todo los precios son más que justos. Adicionalmente ofrecen una buena variedad de bebidas y refrescos. Las Adelitas no solo es comida mexicana, es evidencia de que todavía hay gente que cocina con orgullo mexicano. Aquí no se patrocinan como "mexican food." Aquí se distinguen por continuar la cocina tradicional mexicana sin comprometer su integridad por el amor que tienen a nuestra cultura. Gorditas were STUFFED. They were really good, we tried a couple. Asado was one of them for sure & I think the chili verde. Their piña drink was FIRE tho frrr. It’s a food truck so idk why people complained about wait time. I prefer a longer wait if it means my food is being made fresh & they were hot af when we got them. Def recommend stopping by!
