It was pretty busy but imo, food was not worth it.....very bland! The red and green chile (salsas) were runny/watery with no substance to it. We are used to either Erick's Tacos creamy guacamole green salsa or Salsalitos thicker tomato-garlic based red salsa....this paled in comparison. The tortilla chips were corn chips from a bag, heated up to serve with the salsas. The cheese enchiladas looked decent and the chicken fajita salad looked good but it was basically meat placed atop hunks of lettuce......AND a ranch bottle of dressing to go with the salad, lol. I don't know how chicken fajita can have almost zero flavor but this one really had no seasoning come through! The "guacamole dip" was literally smashed avocado spread out across a small plate without even a sprinkle of salt. It did have diced up pico ingredients separately piled on side of the plate. The only things worth noting here were the homemade tortillas, hot and fresh and the horchata was sweet. Basically, it was like eating home cooked mexican food at someone's house who doesn't season anything. I'd personally pass on this place, better mexican food restaurants available.

The food was passable, but it didn’t really stand out in any way. Considering the café's atmosphere and the quality of the dishes, I found the prices to be on the higher side—everything was priced over $10, which felt a bit steep for what was offered. I stopped by the area looking for a quick bite to eat, as I was feeling quite hungry. However, when I saw that a taco dish was priced around $11, I was taken aback. It just didn’t seem justified given the overall setting and the experience.

I give this place one star because I thought all beef tacos would come with cheese and if they didn’t come with cheese maybe ask “would you like cheese because our puffy tacos do not come with cheese. I spent $11 for what?? Just a beef taco salad?? And small portion of rice.. wow the person in front when I walked in didn’t even seem to happy about her job.. time to hire someone who is happy to greet people. And so there policy is you gotta ask for cheese they don’t put it on tacos.

I have been here many times and also had food delivered that was still hot and tasted great. Well, this time, I ordered thru grubhub for a pickup order. Paid the bill with my google pay. As my father arrived to get his food they stated the food was not paid, but yet they had the order. He called me I explained I paid thru the service app already they kept telling him I didn't and they made him pay to get his food I had bought him as I was at work! I called Grubhub, they told me they called the establishment, and they told them payment didn't go thru and that my dad's payment was what they would go with my dad's payment and mine would then be placed back. We'll I never got my 23 dollars back, and then grubhub said they can't help as the restaurant proceeded with the order as delivered. So I couldn't get my refund and the restaurant got paid twice Not to mention the food was very nasty we couldn't even eat it was so salty the meat was hard like it wasn't cooked. For the guisado not toenail the eggs were bad and smelled horrible!. This was they last time we order or even goto this...

I get really frustrated when I have to write reviews like this because it's uncalled for. I asked my server if I could have two breakfast tacos which were bacon egg and cheese I specifically said no American cheese I want cheddar. They bring me shredded American thinking I will think it is cheddar. This particular situation not only could have been avoided but really makes me irate because I cannot get that taste out of my mouth nor can I unswallow that plastic. Please people boycott American cheese it has plastic in it, it's gross....also some of the tables and chairs were dirty. I don't remember my server's name but she was very nice I just wish you would have listened when I asked her for cheddar...
