Los Norteños Tacos Menudo — Restaurant in San Antonio

I have been here at least 10 times over the past two years and it's a joke that they can only get the order right 1/2 the time. I always ask for the same thing: enchiladas with asada and rice instead is beans. They're good to charge the extra for the asada, but it's a 50/50 chance you're going to get the extra asada. Then they offer credits, refunds, etc. When I go back to claim them I'm told there's nothing noted, they aren't aware of anything, etc. Obviously employee retention is also a problem because it's never the same person when I go back. I go back because I like the enchiladas. That's the only reason. But, it's frustrating that they can not...
