Read moreMy family has been coming to this place for years for the pizza and then their karaoke. For my Dad's Birthday this year, we had a party of 30-40 people. First off, they refused to set a table for our party as we didn't all show up at the same time. They said they needed to have the tables open for the dinner rush.
As our people filled the setting for 20 and the tables around us remained empty, we had to pull tables (ourselves) to accommodate our group of paying customers. We ended up pulling together an additional 4 tables. Although our server was very kind and courteous, the on duty managers (Ashley and Ali) were very bad-tempered and aggressive about us moving tables.
Any other establishment would be more than happy to have a large group walk in and bring them businesses. Any other restaurant would have sent one or two more servers to assist with service (Knowledge from working as a server myself). However, these managers did not send our server assistance.
After we finished our food and our group (mostly senior citizens) started to close their tabs and leave, one of the young managers approached my mother as she was taking presents out to the car. She was angry about us having moved tables. She started raising her voice at my mother and even tried to make a big spectacle of herself. She even called the police saying she was being aggressive to her! She called the police on an old lady with her arms full of presents for bringing them business! (Officer, they moved my tables! 😂) Seriously?!
My mother continued to take the packages to the car. The young women followed my mother outside to yell and scream at her for treating her with disrespect. Our group watched the happenings in total disbelief. My brother had to tell the young woman to go back inside and get away from our mother.
Was this manager drunk? Was she on drugs? Or did she not take her prescription today? We don't know, but we are absolutely mortified by the way we were treated after our continued patronage. So, if you are planning to eat out, don't chance it here. The management...
Read moreIf you’re searching for a place to contemplate your worst life choices over something hot and suspiciously cheese-covered, look no further. This culinary landfill delivers on all fronts: chaotic décor, existential dread, and a deep-fried identity crisis.
From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by what I assume is décor—though it might just be a pile of forgotten furniture from several failed businesses. It screams “we tried… once… maybe.” The lighting? A fever dream. The music? Somewhere between children’s party playlist and gas station radio. Ambiance? Post-apocalyptic yard sale.
The food arrives swimming in grease and self-loathing. If you enjoy mozzarella with the texture of a mattress and the taste of nothing in particular, you’re in luck. I did detect a note of tomato—faint, like a cry for help—but it was quickly smothered by a ladle of regret.
And the prices! Oh, the prices. Think fine-dining cost, but without the fine—or the dining. It’s like being robbed, but the thief insists you tip them afterward. A bold business model: charge luxury rates, serve cafeteria sadness.
In closing, this place is not a restaurant. It is a punishment disguised as dinner. A greasy monument to poor taste and worse decision-making. I came in hungry and left spiritually hollow—with a receipt that haunts me.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely. To people I...
