The Mc Donalds #1364 has the worst customer service. This is the one at 826 Zarzamora St.i went on Thursday the 8th of March and 1st she asked if she could take my order, nee5 fr focused on me i told her what i wanted, and she asked me like 4 times, what was that? Uggghhh that started me off. Then finally looked art her and said in over here. She said oh i know. So then listen to me, plzzz! Finally gets my order. 2ndly, I'm standing there watching all the employees just laughing and playing around even the manager. I finally ask another employee is my order ready yet? She says can i see your ticket again...ugghhh she keeps muy ticket this time to make it as i add for it as a special order.. she was gonna start to make it then hands it to someone else, that person goes back to her and said i don't know how to make this... so she tells me..."maam our machine just broke dio i habe to refund your money. "Omg, i was furious bby then and told her I'd i knew your name i would so report you as one of the worst managers I've ever encountered. Then tries to give less then what she charged me. Never again. My 13 year old could habe done a better job and very rude to refund my corret money. This...
Read moreProbably my best McDonalds location in all of San Antonio despite being told I could no longer park there as I’ve gone there quite a few times to overnight park while I’ve been visiting and periodically tending to my daughter from out of state. As a US Army Veteran(R) (which remains unbeknownst to them and irrelevant in the particulars of this case yet I’m expressing emphasis upon because the respect, finesse, and tact in how they personally approached me, spoke to me, and communicated the message that I’ve essentially overstayed my welcome) was more appreciated than I can express here and received even more respectfully as the staff here have been remarkably professional, courteous, consistently accommodating, patient, and just a whole vibe to engage and interact with. The management here is doing something right. The crew, (especially the late night crew) are on point. Everyone’s experience, including my own, may not have been perfect, but this McDonalds team deserves some well deserved recognition for consistency in outstanding customer service, teamwork, professionalism, conflict resolution, and treating every customer (regardless of appearance, background, whether they’re a veteran or not) with care, empathy, respect and compassion. There’s what I’d call a lot of heart here. Again, perhaps too difficult to fully express but this is what a lot of establishments are missing these days. Thank you Zarzamora team. Keep up the great work and keep caring. I...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru this morning at McDonald's at 5:16 a.m. when I got to the menu board nobody ever said anything. So I drove up to the window and I saw a guy that was sweeping. He came over and asked if I place my order back at the at the menu board and I said no. Then he called somebody over to come take my order. It took a bit to get the other guy to come over and even take my order. The young man that came and took my order said that in the mornings they only took cash for breakfast until 6:00 a.m., this was supposed to be due to auditing the registers. This sounds very strange to me because he couldn't even give me a receipt. He wrote down the prices on the back of a paper bag. If I had wanted to use my rewards for your app I wouldn't be able to because he said they only take cash and gave no receipts. I was not happy about this. Although everybody was very nice I was not happy with the service. We asked for a frozen Coke and we're told that the machine wasn't ready. He also said this is something that they always do this is normal. It doesn't sound normal to me.
Update: on that order we had a water, a senior coffee, and a sausage biscuit. You could tell that the biscuit was not fresh. The biscuit was partially dried out. It was old. It was probably sitting there because they had no business.
Update: I forgot to mention, I used to be an assistant manager for McDonald's before I quit to get a better job. We never had the issues this...
