This McDonald's says its temporary closed in Google maps, however, they are now open. Let me tell you that I'm hardly impressed by any fast food place. But this McDonald's left me speechless today. Why? First we were greeted by Omar in a very respectful and professional manner. Omar made sure we had our order placed correctly. What impressed me and my family the most, was the fact that he did have several cars on the line and he still managed to efficiently move that line forward and get our food out the window very quickly. Upon receiving our order we were greeted by Dakota, and what a delight to be greeted in such a professional way by her, especially in the drive-thru! All this goodness took place in less than 5 minutes, Wow...this is what I call real fast food service! If I was in any of the previous McDonald's near my home I would be on the drive-thru line for about 30 minutes. You may think this is an exaggeration, but hold on! Lately I have gone to so many fast food places, where the staff disregard for customer service is so common to the point that they don't care (at all) if customers complain. This is why this McDonald's stands above other fast food restaurants. I didn't have to ask for ketchup, food was hot, awesome! 10 stars for this McDonald's, I will rather come here to spend my money and be treated this way, than to go to the place near my house and be disappointed with the food and service. The managers at this McDonald's location got it right! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks Omar and Dakota, you are making a big impression on your customers. Read more6/24/24 This morning I went through the drive thru, ordered four bundles and two burritos. After we received order two hashbrowns weren't included. I got down and asked a manager for help. She stated that only two bundles were captured when order was taken. She insisted I go back out to my vehicle and get payment method to buy what was missing. I felt like I gave my order correctly, I confirmed it at first window and still received wrong order and was to be further inconvenienced. Then she proceeded to call me stupid. ME! as she stood there without eyebrows! If anyone looked stupid I'm sure it wasnt me. She was the manager and decided to be disrespectful instead of professional and eager to assist a customer. But no she was conformational and unapologetic and highly unprofessional and definitely in wrong position. She belongs in the kitchen away from face to face customer contact.

Stopped in and grabbed twenty piece of spicy nuggets but they were so dried out like jerky. Terrible!!! literally giving out food that sat there all afternoon.
Yesterday we went through curbside and we had to wait quite a bit of time and an order was in current once we arrived home. I contacted the store where I spoke with the general manager Brianna Fuller. She was extremely understanding and courteous and replaced our order for us in full and with a smile. First off it was at the least busiest time of the day even though the drive through only had 3 cars in it. Well we stood at the counter waiting for someone to help and they ignored us. I announced loudly that I wasn't using the kiosk and they finally took our order. Well I will not be coming back inside this place. It used to be a great experience before the pandemic. Update - I have never had McDonald's actually just steal my money but it happened. On 10/10/2024 I placed a mobile order. When I get there and give my code the girl tells me that she can't find it and to pull up to the window to speak to her manager. So I did and he just keeps saying they didn't get my order and he doesn't know what to do. I showed them that it was paid for. Still nothing he can do until he gets the order. Getting nowhere with him I go home and contact Cash app support. They informed me that the business will have to refund it. Well today McDonald's completed my purchase and took the $19.97 dollars for the order they never received. That's just wrong and I would like it returned. I will not be doing business with them until they return the money to my account.
