I’ve been a regular customer at this McDonald’s for several years, and I want to take a moment to recognize one of the most outstanding employees I’ve encountered—Vicente, who usually works the drive-thru. His service is consistently excellent. He’s always kind, professional, and makes sure my order is correct and complete every time. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to good customer service, especially in such a fast-paced environment.
What really stands out about Vicente is that he’s always on the move—constantly helping out with other people’s responsibilities, covering tasks that aren’t even his, yet still managing to do his actual job thoroughly and with care. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, no matter how hectic things get.
Because of his dedication and attitude, I now only come to this McDonald’s. I used to visit whichever location was most convenient, but since Vicente started working here, I’ve made this one my go-to location solely because of him.
However, I do want to express concern about something I overheard during a visit not long ago. I witnessed some of the “managers” speaking to Vicente in a way that came across as unprofessional and dismissive. It was disappointing to hear that kind of treatment directed at someone who works so hard and clearly cares about the job. I sincerely hope upper management takes a closer look at how staff are being treated behind the scenes.
In short, Vicente deserves recognition and a raise for the work he does. He is the kind of employee that makes people want to return—not just for the food, but for the respectful and thoughtful service he...
Read moreI'm very dissatisfied with the service the night crew provided. They have teenagers working all bunched up to handle my order which they got wrong, they were rude and unprofessional. There was a customer ahead of me who recieved the wrong order and tried to resolve the situation by giving the food back she approached the window at the drive thru to explain but the staff were ignoring her and making rude faces at her. She then explained to me the situation as to why she was standing outside the window. She had to get off from her vehicle because I was next in line which I did not mind for her to explain her order being wrong to the staff. The staff still refused to help her or hear what she had to say with the food in her hand with recipt. She proceeded to see if I could help since I was in my vehicle waiting for my order. Even at that I was being ignored by the bunch of teens standing around looking at me with a blank stare. I signaled to them I need to speak with your manager I was pointing to a man who was the manager which he refuse to help he clearly saw me and walked away ignoring the matter. The teens went to the back.It was 30 min later that finally one of the young teens opend the slide window I said " I need to speak with your manager" she explained that they cant help if your not in the vehicle how were we supposed to know if knowone was kind to explain that until after the situation i said that is unprofessional she said she would talk to her crew. Unfortunately i didn't get any names but it was ALL who worked the NIGHT SHIFT around 11:44pm. Do...
