McDonald's — Restaurant in San Antonio

This McDonalds location absolutely sucks. What happened to customer service? I did drive thru service and used the app code for a McGriddle without cheese for my daughter, that’s it just one thing. So they gave someone else’s order a sausage cheese biscuit. I was livid because it wasn’t busy nor was my order complicated. I tried calling and of course they never answer their phone. So I come back couple hours later before breakfast was over because I was stressing about my daughter being able to eat breakfast. Mind you I’m already having a rough week with my mom in hospital so this was very triggering for me. I go inside the restaurant because I figured it would be easier for them for an explanation why I’m returning to get my order correct. This woman who looks like a manager but has no name tag tries to help me. I tell her no receipt given to me and had to show her my mobile app for my recent orders because I use the code method to pay and earn points through the app. So anyways she goes and tells me I ordered it at the other location and she can’t help me. I had to convince her I was here at this location and gave the code through drove through. So she makes my order and doesn’t apologize. So that was rude. I ask for condiments after the order was given to me and she proceeded to take the person’s order next to me before handing me condiments that was directly behind her so I had to stand there 2-3 more minutes before she handed it to me. One star is not even worth it. I always try to give this McDonald’s multiple chances since it’s so close to where I live but NOPE last night was the final straw. This place is literally a joke! Never fails always a mistake with my order not only that ordering food last night the girl at the drive thru kept asking “is that it” after every thing I said. I had to tell her I have a big order and I’ll let you know when it’s “it” . Pulled up to the window paid and she asked me to move to the front and they will bring out my order. I asked if she could please put a lot of ketchup and bbq sauce in the bag cause I had over 50 nuggets (I had hungry kids after a football game.) she smiled and said, “ sure thing “ well my food was brought to me and low and behold NO KETCHUP NO BBQ SAUCE AND IM MISSING A LARGE FRY!!!! Plus MY BAG WAS A BIT RIPPED AND MY FOOD WAS NEARLY ABOUT TO FALL OUT!!!!!!!! I got off and went inside and told the manager (tall guy in blue shirt) that I was missing a large fry and I asked for bbq sauce and ketchup and was not given any. He literally walked passed me with no words and told the guy at the register to help me. Still none of them said a word to me . No sorry about that or ANYTHING!!!!!!!! I will NOT go back to this place! They really need to get customer service lessons from the kids down at chick fil a. Just saying.... next time I will make the extra drive to go...

Today I decided to try the McDonald's at Stone Oak Parkway and let me tell you this... Customer be warned, a medium fry is not enough be sure to get a large fry at least! Nobody makes fries like Ronald McDonald! I've been to many places some come close but nobody can remotely match them. What's the secret?

Is it the natural canola oil they use or the high quality iodine Rich salt?
