Wow, I was very dissatisfied on the way they treated me honestly, I was treated like a criminal and my money was good enough. I told the manager my order wasn't correct, she then took my food and said "they charge me for this," I politely replied by saying "it must be a mistake "she rudely replied, "it will be an up-charge," so I declined her offer. However, when she gave me the bag and my food, they touched all over it, I thought it was strange to get the same food back, as I know none would want the same items back that will go in the mouth. (She was touching money and I just thought that was cross contamination and I do not wanna get sick). I politely asked, may she change it to a fresh one, she gave me a mean look and said "you either take it or leave it " I replied, " I leave it" and i drove off. But now by then I wanted my money back, so I go back to the window, she stills gives me a hard time by asking my to pull forward to the other window. At this point in was frustrated, I really wanted to get in and out, now this took 20 minutes of my time. I was late for work. She offered to replace my order, but by then it was took late. Why she did not do it on the first place? I declined, I just really wanted her to see where I was coming from, none wants food that people bare contaminated hands been on, as a manager I would have expected her to under. I asked for a “Bacon McDouble” and they said “we can’t do that as a meal” which I proceeded to tell them “I understand, but wanted a side of fries and a drink added. When I got to the window, they were laughing and calling me very vulgar names. (I was “dumb” because that wasn’t a meal on their menu, which is why I ordered the fries separately) I asked to speak to the manager and she laughed with them and sarcastically told them to “stop, be nice” and when they shut the window half way, she was also talking about me very poorly. Read moreSo the people that get hired at this McDonald's are something else. They should be embarrassed! Anywho, I ordered $23 worth of food yesterday, 2 of them being a 2 for $6. Well the entire order was correct EXCEPT my 10 piece nuggets. Mind you there were only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. So when I take what I thought was my nuggets out the bag, to my surprise they were 3 mcgriddles in the box instead. I called and 1 of the TEENAGE managers they hv on staff that thought stuff was funny but that's the type of service you get at this ghetto location. Elementary minds working there trying to run a business. My question is: WHICH EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING THOSE MCGRIDDLES HOME? STEALING????! Those mcgriddles just don't mistakenly get put into a 10 piece nugget box at 3pm. Period!
