Ok so it is apparent that when you come here (a fast food place) you pretty much have to wait as if you went to order at a restaurant! But then again even at a restaurant you would get your food faster than they can get it out! This is the second time I've come here and the store is very poorly organized and they need to make adjustments in the leadership!!!! Here is the thing it's a high traffic area so they need to have well trained staff that can perform the job duties. The problem is the staff knows the policies but they cannot execute the tasks in a timely manner! There is no sense of urgency in anyone, absolutely anyone. They look like the homeless people that hang out outside of the property, they look like they just don't want to work! It was a Wednesday night not even a busy night and I had to wait for 30 minutes just for them to tell me that it's still going to be a while!!! They only had one person working the front with a full lobby of people waiting for their orders (most of them coming in from waiting outside) while the lady did not look like she knew what she was doing staring at each ticket trying to read what she needed to get, she spent time arguing with customers about what she put in the bags and what she didn't put in the bags instead of just getting it. Then to top it off when we asked for our money back we were told that the new policy is no refunds!!! Never in my life will I go back to this location! I will also make it my life's mission to inform everyone not to ever go to this location which clearly has problems that aren't being addressed!!!    Read moreI only put five stars so people can see this I came to this McDonald's and ordered three bundle meals I had a coupon for a double cheeseburger for fifty cents they got my order wrong and they didn't give me a receipt after banging on their door for about 5 minutes and finally getting noticed. I let the employee know that I got the wrong food and she ask for a receipt I told her that I wasn't given a receipt she said she remembered my order so she was going to we make it for me then ask me to repeat it for her because her manager didn't want to take my order. After waiting another 20 minutes for my food I let the employee know that they charged me $21 on my card for only 3 bundle meals I let her know that I got charged for the other mail that was not mine I asked if I could get a refund and only pay for the food that I received but unfortunately she said she could not do that I would have to call in the morning and speak with the GM when I asked for his name she said she did not know. I have repeatedly called this McDonald's so that I could get my refund and they put me on hold numerous times for long periods of time to where I just hung up because it was obvious no one was coming to the phone. Very disappointed I feel like I got robbed $20 for three bundle that are only 3.29 each doesn't make any sense.    Read moreTo start stood at register for 5 min before I was noticed. Then was told only taking drive thru and kiosk orders. Ended up in a line for the kiosk, then when putting in order they did not have the frappes on the menu tolde machine was down I feel like this is all becoming an issue. There is nothing convenient about having to put my own order in I don't want to do this your staff is rude and at this point I will not be eating at any McDonald's again! So disappointed in the fact that you're employees, your company, and corporate.
Yet again waited at the register for over 5 min before 1 out of 4 employees even came to register, made a mobile order and waited in curbside nice older lady brought my food was missing a bisket and oatmeal was watery so went inside to be ignored, like I was explaining above Erica walked right by me and went back to cleaning the expo counter the manager who was not wearing a name tag came over after 8 minutes, watched her touch her phone and hair then touch food, when she came over looked in the bag, at me then back at the bag like I was lying. Walked away sounding off for a sausage brisket, when I asked about the oatmeal was rude and snapped back I'm getting it mam yet again you guys like I'll come back because your close to my house but corporate will be called, again.
