Native Grill & Wings

This was once my "GO-TO" spot. Every time family and friends came into town and wanted wings, this was my go-to spot. Tonight changed all of that. My Aunt and Uncle came in from VA and I decided to bring them here for dinner.

Over an hour wait for the food to get to the table. We were getting a little impatient, but I assured everyone that it would be worth the wait. 3 people ordered sweet teas...all three changed them out because it tasted "off". Then when the food arrives, my order in particular was not prepared how I ordered it. So then began another long wait for it to be corrected after the manager refused to discount the wrong order if I kept it (this alone seriously irritated me). Others had missing items that were eventually brought out. Then, 2 other orders at our table of 7 orders had very undercooked chicken pieces (one pink and one bloody red at the bone). It was brought to the attention of the waitress. All the manager could muster up was a $5 discount on a $123ish tab. And they never came to the table. The waitress just relayed the manager's unableness to make it right. This was order #60096 in case anyone in management wants to look it up and see what im talking about. From now on, I refuse to waste my gas to drive there from Schertz when Pluckers and Anchorbar are right here in my backyard. The manager's unableness sounds more to me like unwillingness to even make an attempt to make this fiasco of a night right with us. Long wait, undercooked chicken, and a take it or leave it offer on the wrong order is terrible customer service from a place I once LOVED and swore by. I was never a big Pluckers fan, but when they messed up an order of mine, the way they went out of their way to make it right earned my continued business. Natives "take it or leave it" attitude tonight just made Pluckers and Anchorbar on my side of town more money from me and anyone I recommend a place to in the future.
