I don't know what certain managements think when it c ok Mrs to the in I mm importance of advertising accuracy and actually TEACHING AND PROMOTING a customer based ideology when we speak of customer service.
I ran by IPAC Nissan one day this week and a friend of mine from home calls and says, "bring me some Asado". Notice the capital letter on Asado. That means is a priest noun as in referring to the dish bagged Asado, and not referencing a particular grilling technique. I looked on line and sure enough, they online advertisement mentions the dish. So I hurry on over there, is just point four miles from where I was, and drive up to the drive-thru window. I ask the lady if they have Asado and maybe it was me, but I'm just not in the business of finding faults with people. It profits me nothing. From the word go, I just didn't feel like she was connecting with me. NO ASADO. I ordered posole. Nothing in the sign that says weekends only, and if there was it's not in plain sight. Guess what? No posole. So, I kept my order of fried tacos. I had to pay extra for beans and rice, add my drink to it and that was a 20 $ bill. I order with one drink. Twenty bucks?
Fur some reason, I think restaurants "accidently" forget to correct their menus so you'll end up there with a car load of people, all whom have ordered by the time they get to you do you're stuck. Then you're not happy with anything they do.
The food was good for sure and was plentiful at that. It's Mexican food though. I'm in South Texas. It's everywhere. 1 taco plate, had to pay extra for beans and rice after not having 2 of my dishes that the Internet and your sign both say you have, for 20 bucks? Again, is Mexican food. It's not like you're cooking Bebek goreng where you have to cut the succulent meat into pieces, then it's boiled or steamed, and then deep-fried until crispy. Before it is fried, the pieces are generously coated in spices such as garlic, ginger, turmeric, galangal, or coriander. It's beans and rice. That's it.
Customer service took one star Overall price took another.
The girls have to"learn" how to manage the customer man. This is the service industry and we're Hispanic. We're the kings of the service industry. It's our jam. The reason for that is how we are raised to treat our parents. We're raised in a life of servitude. That's what customer service is. Take pride in your customers. Teach your people to take pride in them. Kids these days, for the most part, aren't ever asked to do anything anymore so when you get them, they don't know anything. The good thing about that is no bad habits yet. Mold them. You need help you keep me know I've got a great training program but that's not why I wrote this. I wrote it because your place has a lot of potential and hoping you take me seriously.

Read moreIf I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. I went for a birthday dinner for my grandmother and have never experienced service THIS BAD from ANYWHERE I have ever been. I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT IM AM A VERY EASILY PLEASED GUEST AND AM NOT ONE TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW BUT I JUST HAD TO. First off, they sat our entire group separate, before even taking our DRINK order the second half of our group was already getting their food... they had to leave before the rest of us. 2nd, their music was so loud I could not hear anybody that was sitting right next to me. When asking to lower it, they did but 5 minutes later decided it was funny to raise it up even higher while I had my grandfather whose hearing aids had to be taken off due to this. And when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, a waiter thought it was okay to bump into my dads chair SEVERAL TIMES and forcefully moving my dad out of place almost knocking him over, each time without an apology. By the last time, my dad asked the waiter if he could be more careful, mind you my dad is not a rude person, and THIS EMPLOYEE decides it’s okay to get into my fathers face and start yelling at him creating a confrontation. It was very unprofessional and just sad that my dad had more respect than this man did while working. Just to make matters worse, half of our food was brought out at different times, and some orders were made wrong. I thought by this point we’d we would’ve gotten all of our meals free because such HORRIBLE service but we didn’t. Little did they know we were just trying to celebrate for my grandmothers birthday, which she did NOT enjoy. I am NEVER going to this place again. I truly hope you don’t either so you don’t have to experience something as bad as I did.
Ps. This was not our waiteress fault, she was unable to hear our orders due to the loud music. She was the only thing we liked about the...
