This spot is an absolute gem! Each meal is made fresh to order. If you’re placing multiple orders, it might take a minute—so let him cook! Don’t fret. You can order ahead online through Grubhub, or order on-site inside the convenience store (which, by the way, is clean and has a great drink selection). My wife and I are what you'd pretentiously call foodies around these parts, so I was skeptical that the food truck near my local gas station would have amazing Asian food, but that's exactly what New Dish Express offers.
